I’m almost 4 weeks postpartum, and these are doing exactly what I was hoping for. I was pretty sedentary at the end of pregnancy, so these are helping to get my legs strengthened while I take care of my little girl! Love love these chic weights. I was hesitant for the longest time whether they’d be worth the purchase but I bought them on sale and have no regrets! If I knew how much I’d love them, I would’ve happily paid full price. They’re easy to wear and have been a great, addition to my workouts and day to day errands.

I have wanted a set of bala bangles for months but wanted to wait until I could find a fun color. Dance party is just so cheerful 😄 that I had to have it! The bangles are very comfortable and you are able to make them as tight of loose as needed. Love that they come with a mesh bag! I can’t wait to incorporate these into walks and yoga sessions!
