4 (four) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number following 3 and preceding 5. It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures.

7 (seven) is the natural number following 6 and preceding 8. It is the only prime number preceding a cube.

As an early prime number in the series of positive integers, the number seven has greatly symbolic associations in religion, mythology, superstition and philosophy. The seven Classical planets resulted in seven being the number of days in a week. 7 is often considered lucky in Western culture and is often seen as highly symbolic. Unlike Western culture, in Vietnamese culture, the number seven is sometimes considered unlucky.

The horizon is the apparent curve that separates the surface of a celestial body from its sky when viewed from the perspective of an observer on or near the surface of the relevant body. This curve divides all viewing directions based on whether it intersects the relevant body's surface or not.

The true horizon is a theoretical line, which can only be observed to any degree of accuracy when it lies along a relatively smooth surface such as that of Earth's oceans. At many locations, this line is obscured by terrain, and on Earth it can also be obscured by life forms such as trees and/or human constructs such as buildings. The resulting intersection of such obstructions with the sky is called the visible horizon. On Earth, when looking at a sea from a shore, the part of the sea closest to the horizon is called the offing.

The true horizon surrounds the observer and it is typically assumed to be a circle, drawn on the surface of a perfectly spherical model of the relevant celestial body, i.e., a small circle of the local osculating sphere. With respect to Earth, the center of the true horizon is below the observer and below sea level. Its radius or horizontal distance from the observer varies slightly from day to day due to atmospheric refraction, which is greatly affected by weather conditions. Also, the higher the observer's eyes are from sea level, the farther away the horizon is from the observer. For instance, in standard atmospheric conditions, for an observer with eye level above sea level by 1.70 metres (5 ft 7 in), the horizon is at a distance of about 4.7 kilometres (2.9 mi). When observed from very high standpoints, such as a space station, the horizon is much farther away and it encompasses a much larger area of Earth's surface. In this case, the horizon would no longer be a perfect circle, not even a plane curve such as an ellipse, especially when the observer is above the equator, as the Earth's surface can be better modeled as an oblate ellipsoid than as a sphere.

A treadmill is a device generally used for walking, running, or climbing while staying in the same place. Treadmills were introduced before the development of powered machines to harness the power of animals or humans to do work, often a type of mill operated by a person or animal treading the steps of a treadwheel to grind grain. In later times, treadmills were used as punishment devices for people sentenced to hard labour in prisons. The terms treadmill and treadwheel were used interchangeably for the power and punishment mechanisms.

More recently, treadmills have instead been used as exercise machines for running or walking in one place. Rather than the user powering a mill, the device provides a moving platform with a wide conveyor belt driven by an electric motor or a flywheel. The belt moves to the rear, requiring the user to walk or run at a speed matching the belt. The rate at which the belt moves is the rate of walking or running. Thus, the speed of running may be controlled and measured. The more expensive, heavy-duty versions are motor-driven (usually by an electric motor). The simpler, lighter, and less expensive versions passively resist the motion, moving only when walkers push the belt with their feet. The latter are known as manual treadmills.

Treadmills continue to be the biggest-selling exercise equipment category by a large margin. As a result, the treadmill industry has hundreds of manufacturers throughout the world.

Great item, easy to use, not hard to assemble. Only problem I had was between the time of purchase and delivery they updated the item with new features. I feel I was sent an out dated, left over model.I should have either been sent the updated model or at least some type of rebate. After owning 3 Horizon products This will be the last.

Having purchased and assembled the treadmill I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the treadmill.

I use the onboard programs rather than tying into any app or paid program. I did not want a treadmill that would tie me into some third-party app. I wanted the just the machine and the freedom to use whatever I wanteRead more about review stating Freedom of choice treadmilld. Often I am just interested in just taking a 20 minute jog or run while watching some show on my tablet. This treadmill has a perfect level tablet holder for this.

The machine is also way quieter than my previous one. Even when adjusting inclines.

While some of the features are not my favorite (the little wands that do half step increments just aren’t useful to me, and the fan is just not powerful enough), the treadmill has everything else I was looking for: solid construction, nice array of presets, tablet holder, excellent speakers.

A little cumbersome to move but set up was easy and the operation is top quality. So far it’s been fantastic

I’m loving the features on this treadmill! My favorite is the sprint 8, combined with the roller balls. I look forward to using it. Wish the fan had some more power, but I didn’t buy it for the fan. I do wish the response time was a little faster when switching between sprint and recovery, but I really don’t have any complaints. I tried my first 5Read more about review stating A treadmill that is fun!k, which I really liked but then decided to try out the sprint 8 and that has become my go to. The speakers are fine, and it has normal treadmill noise to me, nothing too loud. The rollerballs have a some learning curve because I kept accidently hitting them, but I am getting use to them. I really love that feature, they are very convenient! This treadmill exceeds my expectations. I haven’t used any apps with it, and probably won’t but we will see. I might try them one day

Absolutely love it and so glad I won’t be running outside in the cold this winter. Only complaint is something is rattling when I run but everything is tight so I haven’t figured that out yet. Still worth it.
