The scalp is the area of the head where head hair grows. It is made up of skin, layers of connective and fibrous tissues, and the membrane of the skull. Anatomically, the scalp is part of the epicranium, a collection of structures covering the cranium. The scalp is bordered by the face at the front, and by the neck at the sides and back. The scientific study of hair and scalp is called trichology.
A therapy or medical treatment is the attempted remediation of a health problem, usually following a medical diagnosis. Both words, treatment and therapy, are often abbreviated tx, Tx, or Tx.
As a rule, each therapy has indications and contraindications. There are many different types of therapy. Not all therapies are effective. Many therapies can produce unwanted adverse effects.
Treatment and therapy are often synonymous, especially in the usage of health professionals. However, in the context of mental health, the term therapy may refer specifically to psychotherapy.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is an exception! I have always had an itchy scalp with lots of dandruff to the point that right after showering, while drying my hair I would directly start seeing dandruff. I tried everything! Went to the dermatologist who recommended that I keep using Head and Shoulders, Tried Neutrogena T-gell, I even went so far as using Selsun Blue. Those products would work for one day and then back to the itching and shoulder snow. I also have really curly hair so washing it every two day was not an option and my hair was always dry because of all those damaging shampoos. One day I see this vloger who has curly and was talking about her curly hair routine AND SHE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME! And she talked about how the Scalp Revival shampoo helped her a lot so I gave it a try and bought the whole kit. Let me tell you… Best… Purchase… EVER! My scalp was clean! I spent the whole week without itching once and I was finally able to wear a black shirt!!! My hair was not dry at all and my hair had lots of volume! When using the shampoo I was surprised at how foamy it gets because usually those type of products don’t foam at all and you need to use a lot to spread it, but not this one! The conditioner leaves this fresh and cool feeling on your scalp. I have incorporated this product in my curly hair routine and will be using it every two weeks (or when needed) to wash off all the product residue on my scalp. I really LOVE this product!!!

I tried countless shampoos, oils, home remedies, even prescriptions to help my dandruff (diagnosed seborrhoeic dermatitis) and this it the only thing that worked. It honestly changed the health of my scalp and hair!! The scalp scrub is so soothing and felt amazing with the scalp massager! It’s gentle, cooling, and tingly. The scalp treatment worked well on any more stubborn spots. The conditioner is pretty good too and it all smells fresh and pepperminty. I do wish they offered smaller sizes of the products, I really need this more in the winter months and would like to be able to get a smaller amount.

From DYI treatments to prescribed shampoos I have been looking and trying everything to help soothe my dry scalp. The past few weeks have gotten so bad that I felt like a walking snowstorm. I was embarrassed. I was desperate so I gave this treatment a shot. I stumbled upon a great discovery and it has made such a big difference in just ONE use. My scalp has barely any flakes, almost close to none! I loved the way the peppermint gave a cooling sensation, although it was pretty strong but definitely worth it. I’m hoping it will continue to give me the results that I’ve been searching for a very very long time.

My scalp gets oily fairly quickly in the summer, but overall my hair is always a little dry and will absorb any moisture. Because I have long wavy hair, I use oils, leave ins, and gels. These tend to build up over time. It starts to irritate my scalp. I love the lottle exfoliating bits in thd shampoo, they’re coarse enough that I feel my scalp is being cleaned, but fine enough that they’re easy to rinse out. I only apply the cooling jelly conditioner to my scalp, it really helps cool down the itching I previously had. Since thd shampoo leaves my hair a bit dry, on the length and ends of my hair I use a different deep conditioner to balance out all the cleansing I’d done. I wash all that out, apply my leave in and gel, and then I apply the scalp oil all over my scalp. A little bit goes a long way! The minty/tea tree smell does not linger. I smell my other products way more than any of the products in this line.
