Invite everyone round for family night with this 43-inch Samsung TV. Whether you’ve decided on a film or a light-hearted party game, the 4K display and HDR10+ use detail and natural colour to pull you into all the action. And when you flick between your console and a movie, the sound automatically adjusts, meaning you’ll hear everything perfectly. Older films get the VIP treatment too, since the clever processor boosts the picture quality to near-4K, so they’ll look just as amazing as the latest blockbusters. And you’ll never be stuck for something to watch, as there’s loads of smart streaming apps to choose from, like Netflix and Disney+. Plus, it connects to any Alexa speakers you have around the house, letting you switch your TV on and off with your voice.

We want you to fully enjoy your new TV, so please be careful when unpacking it – pull it out of the box using the edges so that you don’t damage the screen. If you need to return your TV for any reason, we just ask that you don’t pack the plug in front of the screen as it could damage the TV in transit.

  • Dynamic HDR10+ delivers consistently spectacular colour
  • Smart TV includes streaming services like Disney+
  • Adjusts sound settings with what you’re watching

A crystal or crystalline solid is a solid material whose constituents (such as atoms, molecules, or ions) are arranged in a highly ordered microscopic structure, forming a crystal lattice that extends in all directions. In addition, macroscopic single crystals are usually identifiable by their geometrical shape, consisting of flat faces with specific, characteristic orientations. The scientific study of crystals and crystal formation is known as crystallography. The process of crystal formation via mechanisms of crystal growth is called crystallization or solidification.

The word crystal derives from the Ancient Greek word κρύσταλλος (krustallos), meaning both "ice" and "rock crystal", from κρύος (kruos), "icy cold, frost".

Examples of large crystals include snowflakes, diamonds, and table salt. Most inorganic solids are not crystals but polycrystals, i.e. many microscopic crystals fused together into a single solid. Polycrystals include most metals, rocks, ceramics, and ice. A third category of solids is amorphous solids, where the atoms have no periodic structure whatsoever. Examples of amorphous solids include glass, wax, and many plastics.

Despite the name, lead crystal, crystal glass, and related products are not crystals, but rather types of glass, i.e. amorphous solids.

Crystals, or crystalline solids, are often used in pseudoscientific practices such as crystal therapy, and, along with gemstones, are sometimes associated with spellwork in Wiccan beliefs and related religious movements.

HDR10 Media Profile, more commonly known as HDR10, is an open high-dynamic-range video (HDR) standard announced on August 27, 2015, by the Consumer Technology Association. It is the most widespread HDR format.

HDR10 is not backward compatible with SDR. It includes HDR static metadata but not dynamic metadata. It doesn't offer the ability to optimize content to the consumer display's capabilities in a way based on the content creator's intent.

PQ10 refers to an HDR10 format which does not include any metadata.

I had the earlier 55″ model but due to a house move it didn’t survive. The 43″ model, which is now a perfect size for its new home, with filmmaker mode is awesome. Crisp picture, vibrant yet not in your face colours and great smart features make this TV another knockout product from Samsung.
