Blue is one of the three primary colours in the RYB colour model (traditional colour theory), as well as in the RGB (additive) colour model. It lies between violet and cyan on the spectrum of visible light. The term blue generally describes colours perceived by humans observing light with a dominant wavelength that's between approximately 450 and 495 nanometres. Most blues contain a slight mixture of other colours; azure contains some green, while ultramarine contains some violet. The clear daytime sky and the deep sea appear blue because of an optical effect known as Rayleigh scattering. An optical effect called the Tyndall effect explains blue eyes. Distant objects appear more blue because of another optical effect called aerial perspective.
Blue has been an important colour in art and decoration since ancient times. The semi-precious stone lapis lazuli was used in ancient Egypt for jewellery and ornament and later, in the Renaissance, to make the pigment ultramarine, the most expensive of all pigments. In the eighth century Chinese artists used cobalt blue to colour fine blue and white porcelain. In the Middle Ages, European artists used it in the windows of cathedrals. Europeans wore clothing coloured with the vegetable dye woad until it was replaced by the finer indigo from America. In the 19th century, synthetic blue dyes and pigments gradually replaced organic dyes and mineral pigments. Dark blue became a common colour for military uniforms and later, in the late 20th century, for business suits. Because blue has commonly been associated with harmony, it was chosen as the colour of the flags of the United Nations and the European Union.
In the United States and Europe, blue is the colour that both men and women are most likely to choose as their favourite, with at least one recent survey showing the same across several other countries, including China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Past surveys in the US and Europe have found that blue is the colour most commonly associated with harmony, confidence, masculinity, knowledge, intelligence, calmness, distance, infinity, the imagination, cold, and sadness.

A gift or present is an item given to someone (who is not already the owner) without the expectation of payment or anything in return. Although gift-giving might involve an expectation of reciprocity, a gift is intended to be free. In many countries, the act of mutually exchanging money, goods, etc., may sustain social relationships and contribute to social cohesion. Economists have elaborated the economics of gift-giving into the notion of a gift economy. By extension, the term gift can refer to any item or act of service that makes the other happier or less sad, especially as a favor, including forgiveness and kindness. Gifts are often presented on occasions such as birthdays and holidays.
Hair is a protein filament that grows from follicles found in the dermis. Hair is one of the defining characteristics of mammals. The human body, apart from areas of glabrous skin, is covered in follicles which produce thick terminal and fine vellus hair. Most common interest in hair is focused on hair growth, hair types, and hair care, but hair is also an important biomaterial primarily composed of protein, notably alpha-keratin.
Attitudes towards different forms of hair, such as hairstyles and hair removal, vary widely across different cultures and historical periods, but it is often used to indicate a person's personal beliefs or social position, such as their age, gender, or religion.

My hair is very thick, curly, and prone to frizzing. This does not completely eliminate frizz but I can dry my hair more completely, in about half the time, and with maybe 60% of the frizz I’d get from my old hairdryer. Add a quick pass over with my straightener and I’m good to go. I would recommend this to anyone who regularly has to spend 40+ minutes on their hair. If yours is fine or naturally straight, you probably don’t need to spend this much on a hairdryer, but for the rest of us it’s worth every penny!

I am very impressed with my Dyson hair dryer! My hair is very fine and other dryers are heavier and made my hair very fly-away and full of static. The soft but strong gentle air flow makes my hair look and feel thicker and easier to manage. But, of course, all my Dyson products have proved to be absolutely and amazingly efficient and effective!

I’ve seen this blow dryer for years! I quickly dismissed it, as I have textured hair and was certain the magnetic attachment would be worthless on my hair type. That was until one of my BFF purchased it and raved about how awesome it is. Concerning the magnet….Her exact words “ That magnet is strong and not going anywhere”. So, I said why not, if I hate it, I’ll just return it. It arrived months ago and I haven’t regretted the purchase. It work so fast. I have purchased Dyson vacuums for years and see that their hair appliances are just as well made. I’m now considering the air wrap, but need a friend to let me know if it can really get to my roots as I need it to. ;).
