Faster & more maneuverable than the earlier model but lacking a few amenities. A lot more plastic & less metal.

So far so good, mowed first time today. Solid and fast cut my mow time by 20% easy. Time will tell how it holds up. Only reason for not 5 stars is the blades. On this 42 XT1 2022 model they changed the star nut on the blades to some new “S” shape and the only place to get new or mulch blades is direct from Cub, pretty sneaky!

Great lawn tractor! Easy to use and handles the landscape well. All maintenance parts appear to be readily available, which is HUGE given where we live. Let’s see how it holds up over time though. That is the true test!
