I love my Nuface but I had very bad luck with the product. I brought one in 2016 and had a problem with it shutting off so it was reset and worked for awhile. Nuface replaced in because I was having problems with it. I had to replace this one because the button wouldn’t work. It was out of warranty. I take good care of my Nuface and I don’t think they should break so easy, you are paying 500.00 on average. I am not sure I will buy another one, I will see how long this ones works. There are a lot of other face products on the market.
