A gun is a device designed to propel a projectile using pressure or explosive force. The projectiles are typically solid, but can also be pressurized liquid (e.g. in water guns/cannons), or gas (e.g. light-gas gun). Solid projectiles may be free-flying (as with bullets and artillery shells) or tethered (as with Tasers, spearguns and harpoon guns). A large-caliber gun is also called a cannon.
The means of projectile propulsion vary according to designs, but are traditionally effected pneumatically by a high gas pressure contained within a barrel tube (gun barrel), produced either through the rapid exothermic combustion of propellants (as with firearms), or by mechanical compression (as with air guns). The high-pressure gas is introduced behind the projectile, pushing and accelerating it down the length of the tube, imparting sufficient launch velocity to sustain its further travel towards the target once the propelling gas ceases acting upon it after it exits the muzzle. Alternatively, new-concept linear motor weapons may employ an electromagnetic field to achieve acceleration, in which case the barrel may be substituted by guide rails (as in railguns) or wrapped with magnetic coils (as in coilguns).
The first devices identified as guns or proto-guns appeared in China from around AD 1000. By the end of the 13th century, they had become "true guns", metal barrel firearms that fired single projectiles which occluded the barrel. Gunpowder and gun technology spread throughout Eurasia during the 14th century.
A safe (also called a strongbox or coffer) is a secure lockable enclosure used for securing valuable objects against theft or fire. A safe is usually a hollow cuboid or cylinder, with one face being removable or hinged to form a door. The body and door may be cast from metal (such as steel) or formed out of plastic through blow molding. Bank teller safes typically are secured to the counter, have a slit opening for dropping valuables into the safe without opening it, and a time-delay combination lock to foil thieves. One significant distinction between types of safes is whether the safe is secured to a wall or structure or if it can be moved around.
Supply or supplies may refer to:
- The amount of a resource that is available
- Supply (economics), the amount of a product which is available to customers
- Materiel, the goods and equipment for a military unit to fulfill its mission
- Supply, as in confidence and supply, the provision of funds for government expenditure
A tractor is an engineering vehicle specifically designed to deliver a high tractive effort (or torque) at slow speeds, for the purposes of hauling a trailer or machinery such as that used in agriculture, mining or construction. Most commonly, the term is used to describe a farm vehicle that provides the power and traction to mechanize agricultural tasks, especially (and originally) tillage, and now many more. Agricultural implements may be towed behind or mounted on the tractor, and the tractor may also provide a source of power if the implement is mechanised.
Winchester (, ) is a cathedral city in Hampshire, England. The city lies at the heart of the wider City of Winchester, a local government district, at the western end of the South Downs National Park, on the River Itchen. It is 60 miles (97 km) south-west of London and 14 miles (23 km) from Southampton, its nearest city. At the 2021 census, the built-up area of Winchester had a population of 48,478. The wider City of Winchester district includes towns such as Alresford and Bishop's Waltham and had a population of 127,439 in 2021. Winchester is the county town of Hampshire and contains the head offices of Hampshire County Council.
Winchester developed from the Roman town of Venta Belgarum, which in turn developed from an Iron Age oppidum. Winchester was one of the most important cities in England until the Norman conquest in the eleventh century. It has since become one of the most expensive and affluent areas in the United Kingdom.
The city's major landmark is Winchester Cathedral. The city is also home to the University of Winchester and Winchester College, the oldest public school in the United Kingdom still using its original buildings.

Great bang for your buck. Only disappointed it’s not made in the USA.

Decent budget safe. No bells or whistles, but does the job.

As others have said, 12 firearms is going to be a little tough. Yes, there are 12 slots for barrels, and yes, if they were essentially low-profile firearms, it probably would work. But, if you’re dealing with rifles in which you want to leave a magazine inserted, rifles with optics, slings, or anything that adds to the overall height of the firearm, it drastically reduces storage amount. Especially if you’re looking to have different types available for quick access.
There is only one shelf, and given the short height of the cabinet, that is to be expected.
The usable depth of the cabinet is deceptively small due to the thickness of the door, as is the case with other cabinets. Just be aware that the inside depth measurement needs to be reduced front-to-back almost 4 inches when the door is closed.
The pouches on the inside of the door seem like, over time, they’ll likely stretch and tear, but have held up so far after a month.
There is no way to turn off the beeps on the lock (I’ve seen multiple warranty-voiding ways of accomplishing this, however, but I have not tried any of them).
For the price, this is a fantastic cabinet. It’s not going to stop anyone with time on their hands from getting into everything if you’re away. But, keeping things tucked away from prying eyes, organizing firearms, ammo, accessories, and the like, it definitely accomplishes that.

Bigger than I expected when I picked it up, and placed all my firearms and ammo and fir for all my items. It’s truly a good product for the the price, I enjoy the side pistol holders along the inside of the door. I recommend this product.
