I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with this machine. Very sturdy and love the Bluetooth. I wish the DVDs offered more. Now I do sit all day at a desk for work but I can say that you can really feel it work. Love the preset programs. Not sure about weight loss yet, too soon to tell. But overall love the workout.
