This is just the most amazing thing. I have finally found something that reduces the pain in my glutes. I was able to sit last night for the first time without pain. Just Amazing.

I will steer clear of making any medical claims, but one day into using my Theragun, and I felt like my body’s aches and pains had a new best friend! As a person who isn’t fond of taking a slew of medication for pain, finding the Theragun was a perfect companion to my pain management regime. I walk, and stretch, and eat healthily, and meditate. Adding in the Theragun works wonders on every body ache and pain imaginable. When David Venable presented the Theragun and started using it on his forearms, he explained how amazing it felt massaging a part of his body he had no idea gets neglected. I used the Theragun for 2 minutes on each forearm and EVERY ache or pain from working all day on the computer – VANISHED!
I’m currently using my Theragun 30 minutes a day, 3 10-minutes sessions and with the compatible app I can really target areas on my body that need some extra TLC. Midday, after 5 Zoom meetings and forgetting to stretch, busting out the Theragun makse a world of difference how I see the rest of the afternoon. Got that awfully howling sciatica pain running down from your upper buttocks to the upper back of your thigh. THERAGUN IT BABY!

This massager is the best massager in this Universe for me. My shoulders are hard as a rock and achy and this is absolutely the most powerful massager that has ever helped me. I use this twice a day on my shoulders, lightly on my neck, my arms, legs, feet, back. So so happy I bought this. Best investment for me. I have only used the lowest setting so far and it’s powerful enough to help me. I believe it’s helping with my fascia in my arms and legs as well. This could be too powerful for some people. For me personally it’s enough and then some. I will continue to use this and continue to tell others about it. Don’t know if it’s a cure but the results last for hours on end. So appreciative of this machine.
