Twenty-Five or 25 may refer to:

  • 25 (number), the natural number following 24 and preceding 26
  • one of the years 25 BC, AD 25, 1925, 2025

A frontier is a political and geographical term referring to areas near or beyond a boundary.

Iron is a chemical element; it has the symbol Fe (from Latin ferrum 'iron') and atomic number 26. It is a metal that belongs to the first transition series and group 8 of the periodic table. It is, by mass, the most common element on Earth, forming much of Earth's outer and inner core. It is the fourth most abundant element in the Earth's crust, being mainly deposited by meteorites in its metallic state.

Extracting usable metal from iron ores requires kilns or furnaces capable of reaching 1,500 °C (2,730 °F), about 500 °C (932 °F) higher than that required to smelt copper. Humans started to master that process in Eurasia during the 2nd millennium BC and the use of iron tools and weapons began to displace copper alloys – in some regions, only around 1200 BC. That event is considered the transition from the Bronze Age to the Iron Age. In the modern world, iron alloys, such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron and special steels, are by far the most common industrial metals, due to their mechanical properties and low cost. The iron and steel industry is thus very important economically, and iron is the cheapest metal, with a price of a few dollars per kilogram or pound.

Pristine and smooth pure iron surfaces are a mirror-like silvery-gray. Iron reacts readily with oxygen and water to produce brown-to-black hydrated iron oxides, commonly known as rust. Unlike the oxides of some other metals that form passivating layers, rust occupies more volume than the metal and thus flakes off, exposing more fresh surfaces for corrosion. Chemically, the most common oxidation states of iron are iron(II) and iron(III). Iron shares many properties of other transition metals, including the other group 8 elements, ruthenium and osmium. Iron forms compounds in a wide range of oxidation states, −4 to +7. Iron also forms many coordination compounds; some of them, such as ferrocene, ferrioxalate, and Prussian blue have substantial industrial, medical, or research applications.

The body of an adult human contains about 4 grams (0.005% body weight) of iron, mostly in hemoglobin and myoglobin. These two proteins play essential roles in oxygen transport by blood and oxygen storage in muscles. To maintain the necessary levels, human iron metabolism requires a minimum of iron in the diet. Iron is also the metal at the active site of many important redox enzymes dealing with cellular respiration and oxidation and reduction in plants and animals.

Piece or Pieces (not to be confused with peace) may refer to:

Pioneer commonly refers to a settler who migrates to previously uninhabited or sparsely inhabited territory.

In the United States pioneer commonly refers to an American pioneer, a person in American history who migrated westward to settle in what is now the Western and Midwestern United States.

Pioneer, The Pioneer, or pioneering may also refer to:

A speckle is a small spot or speck on the skin, plumage or foliage.

Speckle, speckles or speckled may also refer to:

The is a grammatical article in English, denoting persons or things that are already or about to be mentioned, under discussion, implied or otherwise presumed familiar to listeners, readers, or speakers. It is the definite article in English. The is the most frequently used word in the English language; studies and analyses of texts have found it to account for seven percent of all printed English-language words. It is derived from gendered articles in Old English which combined in Middle English and now has a single form used with nouns of any gender. The word can be used with both singular and plural nouns, and with a noun that starts with any letter. This is different from many other languages, which have different forms of the definite article for different genders or numbers.

A woman is an adult female human. Before adulthood, a female child or adolescent is referred to as a girl.

Typically, women are of the female sex and inherit a pair of X chromosomes, one from each parent, and fertile women are capable of pregnancy and giving birth from puberty until menopause. More generally, sex differentiation of the female fetus is governed by the lack of a present, or functioning, SRY gene on either one of the respective sex chromosomes. Female anatomy is distinguished from male anatomy by the female reproductive system, which includes the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina, and vulva. An adult woman generally has a wider pelvis, broader hips, and larger breasts than an adult man. These characteristics facilitate childbirth and breastfeeding. Women typically have less facial and other body hair, have a higher body fat composition, and are on average shorter and less muscular than men.

Throughout human history, traditional gender roles within patriarchal societies have often defined and limited women's activities and opportunities, resulting in gender inequality; many religious doctrines and legal systems stipulate certain rules for women. With restrictions loosening during the 20th century in many societies, women have gained wider access to careers and the ability to pursue higher education. Violence against women, whether within families or in communities, has a long history and is primarily committed by men. Some women are denied reproductive rights. The movements and ideologies of feminism have a shared goal of achieving gender equality.

Transgender women were assigned male at birth and have a female gender identity, while intersex women have sex characteristics that do not fit typical notions of female biology.

This Pioneer Woman 25-piece Cookware Set is simply gorgeous!

I don’t necessarily think of cookware as something stunningly attractive – but this is! The set we ordered is mainly turquoise with sunny yellow and bright fuchsia/pink floral accents. The cheerful colors brighten the whole kitchen and make even ordinary days feel festive. I should have gotten something like this earlier – I didn’t realize the effect it can have. Especially with this year being so difficult, a cheery, decorative set of cookware feels like a shot in the arm. Totally worth it!

Obviously, functionality is every bit as important as beauty in the kitchen – and this cookware set has that in spades. The assortment of 25 items is impressive. The largest is a two-handled stock pot with lid (5.5 qt). Next is a stock pot with lid (2.5 qt). From there, a sauce pan with lid (1 qt), two non-stick frying pans (9.5 in. each), a pre-seasoned cast iron skillet (9 in), and two ceramic rectangular baking/casserole pans with lids (2.1 qt. each). Moving on to utensils and smaller items, there are four ceramic measuring bowls (1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and 1 Cup), four ceramic measuring spoons (1/4, 1/2, 1 tsp & 1 Tbsp), a basting/ladling spoon with a decorative floral handle (13.75 in), a slotted spatula/turner with the same matching decorative handle (14 in), and two Acacia wood tools that I use for salad tongs (14 in. each).

Each piece feels sturdy and extremely well made. The construction and materials don’t give off “cheap” vibes at all. I can cook – and bake – everything the family needs. I have no hesitation highly recommending this beautiful set of kitchen cookware. Go for it! A colorful kitchen is a happy kitchen! 🙂

This set is so pretty! It goes well with any kitchen color, The pots and pans lasts for a long time, you just have to careful to not scratch the pans with metal forks and spoons because over time they will start to scratch, other than that nothing sticks to the pots, everything cooks very well without getting stuck and burnt, these are nice pots and pans!

I am happy to give my review for this great cookware set. As I opened the box I right away noticed how nice it was. The turquoise color was so pretty. All of the pots and pans felt good in my hand & comfortable without being awkward. Some pans have an awkward feel to the handle but these did not. The lids fit very good as well. The shape of this set was very appealing with it’s rounded bottom. All the pieces were easy to use and I have enjoyed cooking with them now for several days. …. {A low-medium heat is sufficient for these pans. We ruin cookware by using to high a temperature when it’s not needed.} Clean up was easy with just some soap on a sponge and a rinse.

I haven’t had anything stick in the pans. Hamburgers and eggs were cooked with no sticking.

I also used the cast iron pan & it was great to use in making eggs for breakfast. I think this pan will only get better over time as cast iron usually does. I really like the embossed design on the handle……so pretty. The ceramic casserole dishes are so beautiful. The covers/lids have a place on the top for steam to escape. All of the wonderful accessories that came with the cookware were so beautiful and useful. The measuring spoons, measuring cups, wooden spoons and others were perfect. I think the floral design is very beautiful & appealing.

I would most definitely buy this set for a housewarming gift or to give for any reason. It is so well made and pretty it would make any one happy to receive it. To have as many different pieces and accessories in one set is such a help in the kitchen….so useful and needed. I could write more about this cookware set but my review would be to long……. Pioneer Woman did a great job on putting this set together and I look forward to using it for many years.

I missed buying the pot set a couple of years ago on black Friday so I had to snag this set this year. I haven’t used anything yet because I just received it yesterday but everything seems to be of great quality. My only initial complaint is my ceramic food containers were broken when I was unpacking everything. Seems a lot of people have received broken items from this. I got on chat with Walmart customer service this morning and received a partial refund for the broken items within minutes, so I do appreciate that.

The set is very heavy and it looks like it’s going to be durable. Care instructions were included along with a recipe pamphlet. I have it 4/5 stars because my baking dishes that were boxed very well was in pieces. I’m don’t know if I should blame Walmart or the carrier but it’s obvious that the box was thrown around and not handled with care.

I like how many different pieces you get and food doesnt stick much. I made eggs and they didnt stick but they did stick to the metal pieces for the handle so i had to soak it for two same spots and im sure the coating will last if you follow the rules and not use metal. But the outside of the pan is already darker after using it only twice so that i don’t like.
