I am pleased with the results of every meal that I prepare in this Staub coquette. Sauces simmer beautifully, meats brown richly, and the pot cleans up effortlessly.

Finally took the dive and invested in Staub. The sleek design, brass knob, and heavy lid make this much better product than Le Creuset, in my opinion.

This is an excellent pot for many things. The height and diameter are just perfect. So far, I have made onion soup with it. Wonderful for caramelizing the onions and of course great for the soup … just add your liquids and let it simmer. I have been trying to get away from chemical non-stick and enameled cast iron fits the bill.

I just used my tall 5-qt dutch oven for the first time, and it performed beautifully. The heat distributed evenly, and it was quick and easy to wash afterwards. I really love the smaller diameter, and that will likely lead me to regularly grab this one instead of my larger dutch oven, especially during holidays and other times when stovetop real estate is at a premium.

Love the size. A little taller and narrower than the one it replaced…perfect. Very solid. Hope zwilling sends me the little snail to add to rooster.

This 5qt cocotte is the perfect size for making stews, braising, baking rustic breads & frying! I love the blue color as it’s a deep cobalt blue. I also like the black interior as it doesn’t show the wear like light enameled pans. So excited to continue using this multi-functional pot!

This was my first piece of Staub cookware and it hasn’t been my last. I can’t remember ever being so excited about a new pot. This works perfectly on my induction cooktop, is nonstick without the toxins contained in most non-stick cookware. Very solid, beautiful, a joy to use. I’m excited about cooking again!
