A treadmill is a device generally used for walking, running, or climbing while staying in the same place. Treadmills were introduced before the development of powered machines to harness the power of animals or humans to do work, often a type of mill operated by a person or animal treading the steps of a treadwheel to grind grain. In later times, treadmills were used as punishment devices for people sentenced to hard labour in prisons. I have had it for almost 2 months, it is a great treadmill. The only thing that I feel should be changed is to have more options as far as speed press button options. I find it difficult to switch speeds easily during runs say going from a 5.5 to 6.8 is not easy

Love this treadmill and wanted a durable great tread without forcing monthly training sessions. I do my own and I watch sports center which works perfectly on this tread. It has exactly what I wanted!!
