Apply Shimmer Face Oil to your fingertips (no need to warm it up prior) and pat onto the face and body where you want luminosity. Blend well with fingers or a brush and tap anywhere you want a glow. Use after skin care, in lieu of skin care, or over makeup – depending on the day. A little goes a long way.

I use the Shimmer Face Oil on bare skin and touch up with Face Pencils; it gives illumination to tired skin
