In weight training, a kettlebell is a cast-iron or cast-steel ball with a handle attached to the top, resembling a cannonball with a handle. It is used to perform a range of exercises; primarily ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and mobility training. Kettlebells are the primary equipment used in the strength sport of kettlebell lifting.

I use the kettlebell twice a day – once in the morning for a twenty-minute workout and then in the evening for a half hour. It’s a great product.

I use the Bowflex Select Tech 840 kettlebell for strength training for my right arm after an injury to regain muscle and mobility. That allows me to change how much weight I’m using

So glad I bought two – having recently discovered the joys of kettle bells, the Bowflex model is fantastic, really satisfied with my purchase. I wish the handle was a little better setup for goblet holds, but overall I’m very pleased.
