I just get my new diamante seating and the all process was too good!! I was skeptical at first for some bad reviews but on my case everything was great,, the seat is soooo comfy,, everything about the chair worth it!! For the price i pay ,iam really happy

Customer service team exceeded my expectations when trying to find a resolution to problems from the manufacturer. Wrong orders were filled from the manufacturer, but 4seating reps reordered the correct chairs and offered me a discount for the delay in getting the correct order.
I purchased the Seatcraft Diamante chairs. The chairs are very comfortable and the controls for the power seating and lighting are easy to use. Very happy with the product!

From the moment Zack answered my call, to the moment the chairs were delivered all exceeded my expectations! I searched for a seating to replace our couch for over a year. I have never purchased furniture online without trying it first. Zack answered all of my questions with patience, professionalism, and extensive knowledge about the products available. This was by far the best experience and I highly recommend this company. The chairs are so comfy that all 5 of us claimed our chair, and got right in to get cozy and watch a movie. The only downside I can possibly think of is that they are so comfy I we may never get out of them to do anything else now. Thanks again Zack for such a flawless experience!
