Loving the CGR AL Pro for commuting – certainly more comfortable riding over dodgy London streets compared to my road bike. Only criticism I have is that the rear derailleur cable is too long and was rubbing off my spokes in lowest 4 gears. Thought this would have been picked up in the workshop – took me a while to find the source of the noise!

I’d like to give 5 stars because the bike itself is absolutely great – so fun to ride and can go anywhere!

I was told I’d be receiving £50 worth of accessories as a gesture of good will for the build being later than expected but this wasn’t sent with the bike.

I also emailed about an issue I’ve had with the front brake and not had any response. It’s very noisy and doesn’t have much bite to it. I’ve swapped the pads around with the rear for now but I’m not too pleased with having to do that.

Overall though I can’t really complain!
