Grey (more frequent British English) or gray (more frequent American English) is an intermediate color between black and white. It is a neutral or achromatic color, meaning that it has no chroma and therefore no hue. It is the color of a cloud-covered sky, of ash, and of lead.
The first recorded use of grey as a color name in the English language was in 700 CE. Grey is the dominant spelling in European and Commonwealth English, while gray is more common in American English; however, both spellings are valid in both varieties of English.
In Europe and North America, surveys show that gray is the color most commonly associated with neutrality, conformity, boredom, uncertainty, old age, indifference, and modesty. Only one percent of respondents chose it as their favorite color.

1st ride. Went on my hilly 25 mile ride on new Gravel e bike knocked 20 minutes of normal time.
Obviously heavier than my carbon road bike but didn’t really notice it once travelling.
Only used settings on the hills rest of ride I put in neutral.
Great bike cannot wait for better weather and longer rides.
Would recommend Ribble cycles anytime.

I have had difficulty after a deteriorating back condition to continue cycling and if I’m honest was a bit embarrassed about ordering an ebike. After much research and support from other cyclist’s I made the plunge and chose Ribble due to personal recommendations and positive reviews.
I shouldn’t have been worried, what a bike. The electric assistance is up to you. You still work as hard as you need to and enjoy keeping up with the rest.
I’m 58yrs old, and now back riding and smiling without the pain in the back when riding the hills.
Highly commended and recommended, both the bike and customer service.
Thanks all.
