Looks brilliant when built. Very challenging building the interior especially the mechanicals. Exterior straight forward. Wouldn’t recommend for beginners.

R2-D2 is my FAVORITE Star Wars character, so I KNEW I had to get him for my collection! This build was so much fun, it actually felt like building a droid!

I bought this set recently on May 4th as R2-D2 is such an iconic character in the saga! The set looks amazing and very detailed, however i personally don’t see it as a play set as it can be flimsy ay times. The build was very fun and interesting however i had to reset a little bit as the instructions were unclear at one point. If you’re a fan of R2 or Star Wars in general then i highly recommend you get this! 😀
