If you watch some videos online, installing this is not too challenging. It can be done without calling a professional.

I have been in the HVAC industry for over 30 years in both a Technical and Managerial role. I chose this product strictly based on price as I am used to installing the higher priced units such as Mitsubishi and Daiken. Extremely SATISFIED!!!
