Creatine ( or ) is an organic compound with the nominal formula (H2N)(HN)CN(CH3)CH2CO2H. It exists in various tautomers in solutions (among which are neutral form and various zwitterionic forms). Creatine is found in vertebrates, where it facilitates recycling of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), primarily in muscle and brain tissue. Recycling is achieved by converting adenosine diphosphate (ADP) back to ATP via donation of phosphate groups. Creatine also acts as a buffer.

I have taken the platinum creatine for a few months. It mixes kinda good but most creatine don’t mix very well. It doesn’t change the taste of my pre and post workout shakes which I put it in. I have seen decent results with it.

This creatine is awesome. I’ve never had great results taking creatine from other brands. They always made me feel tired and caused me to retain a ton of water. This brand is everything I could’ve asked for. The powder mixes well into any drink of your choice with almost zero particulate at the bottom of the cup. I can’t even taste it at all nor do I notice a texture change. I can feel it in the muscle as I hydrate and I feel amazing on it. My pumps are better in the gym and I have noticed some improvement in strength. I’ve put on no water weight either. For the money, it beats everything on the market. Well done, Muscletech!
