They have locks too to hold in place. If you are like us, who don’t read directions first you’ll find the locks are on to start with! otherwise it just felt really stiff. Very sturdy w/ 250 lb limit.

Great value. Shopped extensively and these were the best priced. Easy setup-just pull out of the box and clip on cup holders. Unlock (so perpendicular) under armrest before opening. Make sure legs are wide open before sitting. I estimate it goes to 165 degrees so not perfectly horizontal but still great for star gazing. Sturdy. Comfy.

They are extremely comfortable. Great little tray included and can lock in place. I ordered RED. The coloring is RED/ORANGE OR SOL RED which is very nice. If you are looking for REDRED THEN NO. GREAT CHAIRS.
