We bought this tub over 5 years ago. We still have it and it works great. We live in the Northeast and run the tub outdoors year round. Winter is actually the best time in the tub. This tub is well made and lifesmart customer service is great. The tub is made by Watkins and there are local dealers who can service it if you ever needed service. We have not seen a better value in a hot tub. You will be very happy with this tub.

We bought this hot tub at the end of June and it said we wouldn’t be here till the end of October. It ended up arriving on August 1st! It is a basic hot tub and we enjoy it. We use almost daily between us and our 3 kids and have had no issues.

We bought our Hot Tub from Home depot back in 2013 and we Love it but trying to get a replacement cover has been a horrible experience. Even though the model hot tub we bought has changed it is the exact same cover as the model listed here LS600DX

No complaints. Excellent price. Holds 4 adult men comfortably with personal space, 7 adults are snug but comfy enough. Light enough to move where you need it yourself if your location is reasonable and you have about 4 people.

I have been holding off on a review to see how this unit held up and it is going strong 3 years later. Initial snafu on the electrical install, but that was our issue for letting a friend do the wiring, but we were being cheap, so thats on us. PAY A PROFESSIONAL to do the electric unless you are well-versed on wiring something this elaborate. That said, we are in it at least 3-4 times a week, and everyone enjoys it. We got it for $3K and that was a deal+, and is perfect for out needs. Here in the Philly burbs, its holds heat well in the deep winter and we keep it set at 97, then crank up to 104/5/6 as needed. The waterfall feature is basically a bust, but we use it as a decorative feature mostly. The jets all work fine and do their thing. Basically, you get half the jets at full throttle, or all on at half throttle.. your mileage may vary. Bells and whistles are thin at this price point, but those extra features are just more things to go wrong anyway. If you’re looking for a basic, entry level hot tub without breaking the bank, the Lifesmart line, and this model in particular, is the way to go!

For $3500, not $6500. Seems efficient. Wired up easily.

This hot tub was worth every second of the wait! It literally looks like an $11k one we looked at in a local store, minus bluetooth. We hired an electrical to get it all wired correctly. We got it fully up and running today and spent hours in it. The heat is great and only took a few hours, the jets are strong and power on them can be adjusted. We specifically LOVE the color changing, gives such a mood at night. Wait until it goes on the $3999 sale, it’s an absolute NO brainer! Hope it last long, very sturdy.

Con’s: No shut off switch on spa. To totally shut off spa you have to hit the circuit breaker. There are exactly 51 jets (not 65 as the spa advertises). This spa is lacking leg/foot jets if you want the total body spa experience. The (4) foot jets are positioned next to each other on the filter wall. This makes it hard for a shorter person to enjoy if you sit across from the jets and stretch out. No cup holders or padded head rests. The corner seats are deep and hard to get comfortable in if you are a small person. I am petite and 5’3.” My husband who is 5’10″with the man frame was more comfortable in the seats. We both thought the seats could use head rests for much added comfort especially if you have neck issues. We are looking to buy head rests. Pro’s: Heats up quickly, rotating light colors, waterfall feature, holds temperature even if its shut-off all night, ample jet power to allow for adequate back massage. We were thrilled to receive this spa on Dec. 23, 2020. The original estimated delivery date was Feb. 23-March 1. This is a middle of the road spa for the price point, but well worth the money. Got this on sale for $3,400 with 24 months 0% interest. Overall, I would highly recommend this spa for the price.

What else do you really need in a hot tub! The build and material makes it very easy to clean. The hot tub is a power house heat-wise and never misses a beat. The ability to go from all four-corner jet power to two corners with a turn of a dial is a nice feature. The rest of the family is not a fan of the jets because they are so powerful, but I absolutely love it! Got to love the foot jets as well. What a way to destress and relax. I believe annually at some point the price does drop down to less than $3,500, as that is when I pulled the trigger. Which based on the quality is an exceptional deal. It was dropped off on a pallet and hired four guys to move it into place off of one of the residential workers job sites.
