I wish the instructions were better.Took forever to find, and they are not always clear. Some info I couldn’t find at all! Frustrating for a senior who is technology challenged! Otherwise, good phone, although I wish they had a nicer selection of ringtones.

I found this phone easy to set up and I purchased for my Dad (89 yrs old) He tried a smartphone and not very happy.. he likes the ease of the flip phone. Set up his contacts and he is very happy. No problems getting activating.
