I bought these to replace some aging pans my wife bought in grad school and have been very satisfied with my investment. We bought these during the holidays when they were on sale. I reserve my cast iron skillet for things like searing steak or frying bacon, but these pans work wonders as daily workhorses. We use them on our gas stove most regularly for eggs, grilled cheese, or pancakes. The pans heat up quickly, cook evenly, and clean up very easily… for the most part. The one minor complaint I have is that the rivets holding the handle onto the skillet do not have the hardened non-stick coating that’s on the skillet. Aesthetically this makes the pan look like it belongs in a professional kitchen (which is a plus), but more pragmatically, it can be very easy to miss some scrambled egg residue around the edges of the rivets when cleaning, unless you take care to avoid getting eggs on them while cooking. This is definitely not a deal-breaker and obviously doesn’t present an issue for foods that don’t create the same kind of residue. It’s just a minor annoyance that I didn’t consider when investing in high end frying pans.

i ordered these and they came within a few days, i think even sooner than the estimated shipping by 1 day. one of them was damaged on delivery, but a quick email to customer service and a picture of the damage was all that was needed to get the exchange process going. only one pan was damaged (the larger one) and customer service told me to only send that one back. to my surprise 2 days after sending the photos in, i received a brand new package of BOTH frying pans, and i hadn’t even sent the damaged one back yet. this is top tier customer service in my opinion. as for the actual quality of the pans they are incredible on my gas stove. they are easy to clean, easy to care for, and are just such a pleasure to use. i will definitely be buying more le creuset non stick items, probably today.

Bought these to replace older nonstick pan that had become useless. I cook with LeCrueset cast iron so decided to try their nonstick. Awesome quality just as I expected!
