I have wanted a farmhouse sink for a long time now. I built my house with not a lot of changes knowing I would do them along the way. I didn’t want to have to purchase a new base cabinets due to these being brand new, so this sink was perfect because it just took out the fake drawer section and I didn’t have to purchase a new base cabinet. Everything fit like a glove!

My farmhouse sink is beautiful, unfortunately I have not had it installed yet. I am still waiting for the rest of the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets are special order and will not arrive until the latter part of July 2022. I can hardly wait to use my new sink.

Other than the sink being substantially lower then previous sink, which made new disposal hook up/drainage, a bit sketchy, it looks and functions great.

Sink will be installed next week, at that time I will know a lot more. I took the sink to the countertop maker to be able to properly cut. It’s certainly heavy.
