I received my Jarvis but was disappointed when I noticed it was slightly damaged. Customer service was great and offered plenty of options to ensure I was happy with the purchase.

I ordered a solid wood hardtop standing desk and I am very pleased with the results. The top looks excellent and well crafted and the legs are holding up well and have no problem moving the desk to its full height even with 2 large monitors attached. The metal frame is excellent for using magnets for cable management and the entire assembly is very easy and well described in the instructions.
My only issue with the whole process was that my first desktop came slightly damaged, however the review is still 5 stars because at no cost to me Fully sent me another replacement top after a very quick call to their customer support.
I would highly recomment Jarvis standing desks to my friends and others 🙂

Wow, what a beauty! The desk comes packaged in some great packaging material and is protected properly. The assembly of the desk is simple and quickly done. The usage is simple and the overal comfort it brings is great. The desk is quite heavy but this helps in reducing the wobble it can give when the desk is extended all the way up.
Ok, great! But why the 4 stars, you wonder? Well… 5 stars would be for perfection, and my desk wasn’t perfect: the finishing oil on the desk could’ve been done better, the details from the oak are beautiful but they show in strips (as in: it shows as laminated parts on the surface). And although I praised the packaging material, unfortunately mine got a bit damaged on the back of the desk (relatively deep dents in the wood itself). Since it’s such a large desk I’m really just too lazy to send it back.
All in all I would definitely recommend the desk. Just remember to check your package when it arrives, before bringing it a few floors up and assembled it already. If it’s all fine, you’re in for a treat. At least I still do!
