Replaced an 12 yr old InSinkErator with a new model. Easy installation and the new model works great. Looking forward to several years of hot water for a variety of uses.

Easy to Install. Temperature settings work well.

The man who installed this product was replacing an old instant hot. He had to make the hole in my granite countertop bigger in order for the pipe to go through. He was able to do it but it was not easy.

Well built unit bought as a replacement for an older similar unit. Unit was well packaged but the metal washer to secure the faucet was too narrow in diameter. The copper supply line could have been an extra three inches. No ferrule or nut was included with the product. After unpacking the new unit, a trip to the plumbing was required to purchase a roll of 1/4 inch copper tubing plus a brass ferrule and brass nut.
