Black is a color that results from the absence or complete absorption of visible light. It is an achromatic color, without hue, like white and grey. It is often used symbolically or figuratively to represent darkness. Black and white have often been used to describe opposites such as good and evil, the Dark Ages versus Age of Enlightenment, and night versus day. Since the Middle Ages, black has been the symbolic color of solemnity and authority, and for this reason it is still commonly worn by judges and magistrates.

Black was one of the first colors used by artists in Neolithic cave paintings. It was used in ancient Egypt and Greece as the color of the underworld. In the Roman Empire, it became the color of mourning, and over the centuries it was frequently associated with death, evil, witches, and magic. In the 14th century, it was worn by royalty, clergy, judges, and government officials in much of Europe. It became the color worn by English romantic poets, businessmen and statesmen in the 19th century, and a high fashion color in the 20th century. According to surveys in Europe and North America, it is the color most commonly associated with mourning, the end, secrets, magic, force, violence, fear, evil, and elegance.

Black is the most common ink color used for printing books, newspapers and documents, as it provides the highest contrast with white paper and thus is the easiest color to read. Similarly, black text on a white screen is the most common format used on computer screens. As of September 2019, the darkest material is made by MIT engineers from vertically aligned carbon nanotubes.

Digital usually refers to something using discrete digits, often binary digits.

An insignia (from Latin insignia, plural of insigne 'emblem, symbol, ensign') is a sign or mark distinguishing a group, grade, rank, or function. It can be a symbol of personal power or that of an official group or governing body.

An insignia, which is typically made of metal or fabric, is a standalone symbol of a particular or general authority. Together, insignias form a decoration with the different elements of a rank, grade, or dignity.

There are many types of insignia, including civil and military decorations, crowns, emblems, and coats of arms.

An oven is a tool that is used to expose materials to a hot environment. Ovens contain a hollow chamber and provide a means of heating the chamber in a controlled way. In use since antiquity, they have been used to accomplish a wide variety of tasks requiring controlled heating. Because they are used for a variety of purposes, there are many different types of ovens. These types differ depending on their intended purpose and based upon how they generate heat.

Ovens are often used for cooking, usually baking, sometimes broiling; they can be used to heat food to a desired temperature. Ovens are also used in the manufacturing of ceramics and pottery; these ovens are sometimes referred to as kilns. Metallurgical furnaces are ovens used in the manufacturing of metals, while glass furnaces are ovens used to produce glass.

There are many methods by which different types of ovens produce heat. Some ovens heat materials using the combustion of a fuel, such as wood, coal, or natural gas, while many employ electricity. Microwave ovens heat materials by exposing them to microwave radiation, while electric ovens and electric furnaces heat materials using resistive heating. Some ovens use forced convection, the movement of gases inside the heating chamber, to enhance the heating process, or, in some cases, to change the properties of the material being heated, such as in the Bessemer method of steel production.

Its a great air fryer for anyone first timer. However, the top rack cooks faster than the bottom so I never used the bottom each which reduce the capacity. It’s loud and bulky. And kinda hard to clean. The food came out perfect though. Also the door would conly close at a certain angle which is kind of annoying.

This is also made in china. I have decided to give it to someone else because it doesn’t make that much difference to my existing insignia 5qt airfryer.

I’m new to air fryers, so…
About 6 months ago I bought my first air fryer, a 4 qt basket type. And I loved it, but it was small. I wanted to be able to cook a whole chicken without searching for the smallest chicken available!

This Insignia seemed like just what I wanted. It has a smallish footprint – not much bigger than my other airfryer- it can handle a whole chicken easily, the rotisserie is an extra level of awesome. All in all I’m happy with it, but I do have some issues.

Cooking more than one rack of food at a time is frustrating, since the top rack with be done long before the bottom. I’ve experimented with placing the racks in different locations with unsatisfactory results. For some things it’s worth the annoyance but for things like french fries I missed my older fryer’s basket! So I bought a basket that fits this machine and solved the french fry problem, but the uneven cooking is an issue.

Another issue is how LOUD it beeps. I do a lot of cooking at night while the household sleeps, and this thing beeps to wake the dead…with EVERY button press. I wish I could find a way to disable that dang beep. I’d rather it not beep at all than beep as loudly as it does.

Still, it does what I need it to do and I’m still learning – and rotisserie chicken is awesome. Adding a basket (I bought a PowerXL Air Fryer Basket and it fits fine) made it better.

I can’t accurately grade the quality, since I have not been using it long, but so far, so good. We will see how it holds up over time.

It’s a pretty good air fryer. I will say it Cooks a lot faster than the automated time for certain foods, so you have to keep an eye on your stuff so it doesn’t burn. For example, for fries it g bed a predetermined cook time of 14 minutes at 400 degrees. They start to burn at 11 minutes on the bottom tray and no top tray inside. This is easier to operate than the basket air fryers. One other issue I encountered is that sometimes when closing the door, you can’t operate the buttons. You just have to open and close it again, and it’s fine, but it does worry you at first. All in all, I would definitely recommend this air fryer when on sale.

I might be the last person to join the air fryer bandwagon; but I’m mostly glad I did with this one. I have been able to cook frozen chicken wings, in the fraction of normal time for an oven. I’ve also been able to make a variety of other foods in it, since it’s versatile. I thought the appliance would have been wider, since the description mentioned it being 10L; but I guess that space is reserved for the rotisserie feature I won’t be using. It does have preprogrammed buttons, which are a nice feature. But I’ve learned that even those will burn or overcook my food. That said, I bought it on a 60% off holiday sale and would not be inclined to pay full price. It does a good job; but overall, I personally think it’s overpriced.

We have the same brand pressure cook as well as 3.5 pt basket style air fryer. Absolutely loved them, that’s why we bought this one.
It cooks evenly and quick, but the door seem to have trouble stay balanced.
Sometime it kind of falling off hunch and you will need to adjust it in order to close the door.
Another problem I’m having is that if you cook anything with oil, it will drip all over the place.
It is also really hard to clean inside the air fryer.
I think I’m going back to the basket style.
