Rolled edges help Holy Sheet absorb heat evenly (no burnt cookies) and protect precious things like focaccia dough from expanding off the tray (tragic). The half-sheet size offers flexibility. I bought “Holy Sheet,” blueberry because I love the color. Received it last week, and roasted big pan of vegetables. Plenty room to spread stuff out, so actually cooks a bit faster. And the color makes me happy! Already recommended to my best friend.
