A box (plural: boxes) is a container with rigid sides used for the storage or transportation of its contents. Most boxes have flat, parallel, rectangular sides (typically rectangular prisms). Boxes can be very small (like a matchbox) or very large (like a shipping box for furniture) and can be used for a variety of purposes, from functional to decorative.
Boxes may be made of a variety of materials, both durable (such as wood and metal) and non-durable (such as corrugated fiberboard and paperboard). Corrugated metal boxes are commonly used as shipping containers.
Boxes may be closed and shut with flaps, doors, or a separate lid. They can be secured shut with adhesives, tapes, string, or more decorative or elaborately functional mechanisms, such as catches, clasps or locks.
Brown is a color. It can be considered a composite color, but it is mainly a darker shade of orange. In the CMYK color model used in printing and painting, brown is usually made by combining the colors orange and black.
In the RGB color model used to project colors onto television screens and computer monitors, brown combines red and green. The color brown is seen widely in nature, wood, soil, human hair color, eye color and skin pigmentation. Brown is the color of dark wood or rich soil.
In the RYB color model, brown is made by mixing the three primary colors, red, yellow, and blue.
According to public opinion surveys in Europe and the United States, brown is the least favorite color of the public; it is often associated with plainness, the rustic, although it does also have positive associations, including baking, warmth, wildlife, the autumn and music.
Protection is any measure taken to guard a thing against damage caused by outside forces. Protection can be provided to physical objects, including organisms, to systems, and to intangible things like civil and political rights. Although the mechanisms for providing protection vary widely, the basic meaning of the term remains the same. This is illustrated by an explanation found in a manual on electrical wiring:
The meaning of the word protection, as used in the electrical industry, is no different to that in everyday use. People protect themselves against personal or financial loss by means of insurance and from injury or discomfort by the use of protective clothing. They further protect their property by the installation of security measures such as locks and/or alarm systems.
Some kind of protection is a characteristic of all life, as living things have evolved at least some protective mechanisms to counter damaging environmental phenomena, such as ultraviolet light. Biological membranes such as bark on trees and skin on animals offer protection from various threats, with skin playing a key role in protecting organisms against pathogens and excessive water loss. Additional structures like scales and hair offer further protection from the elements and from predators, with some animals having features such as spines or camouflage serving exclusively as anti-predator adaptations. Many animals supplement the protection afforded by their physiology by burrowing or otherwise adopting habitats or behaviors that insulate them from potential sources of harm. Humans originally began wearing clothing and building shelters in prehistoric times for protection from the elements. Both humans and animals are also often concerned with the protection of others, with adult animals being particularly inclined to seek to protect their young from elements of nature and from predators.
In the human sphere of activity, the concept of protection has been extended to nonliving objects, including technological systems such as computers, and to intangible things such as intellectual property, beliefs, and economic systems. Humans seek to protect locations of historical and cultural significance through historic preservation efforts, and are also concerned with protecting the environment from damage caused by human activity, and with protecting the Earth as a whole from potentially harmful objects from space.
Soft may refer to:
- Softness, or hardness, a property of physical materials

Our vet had only been doling out the heartworm meds 3 at a time, so a 3 month supply. Very inconvenient. They actually recommended chewy.com so I thought I would try it – worst case, if it didn’t arrive by the time the next dose was due to my dog, I could get 3 more from the vet. Imagine my surprise when the package arrived on a Sunday, in plenty of time for Rigby’s next dose. Very happy customer here!

We were previously using “Interceptor” brand heartworm medicine and the dog absolutely refused to eat it, tried many different methods (peanut butter, etc.) but there must have been a scent that was offensive to the dog. He ate up the Heartguard dose right away.

My dogs don’t like taking medicine and many of these type of products are pills. Heartgard is in a chewy liver flavored chew. They like it. If they like it, I like it. Chewy contacted my vet for the prescription required and I had the order in just a few days. It couldn’t be easier. I recommend Heartgard and Chewy.

The best box of Heartguard that I’ve ever had in my whole life!! The package was beautiful!! I will frame it and keep it forever!!

Our German Shepherd would absolutely refuse to take her previous heartworm treatment. We tried hiding it in pill pockets, cheese, meat, ect. We even tried chopping it up and hiding it in her wet food. We finally found that chopping it up and hiding it in cooked beef was enough to get her to take her medicine. With this preventative, she will eat the whole thing straight out of my hand. I am so happy with this product!

Regardless of what I order, even if it has to be approved by the Vet’s office, Chewy does everything for me ! They call my Vet and get it approved, and it’s done quickly ! All I have to do is sit at the front door and watch for my order. It’s always fast and easy. Thanks Chewy for the great service ! Ruff Ruff ! Annie the Pointer.

I was hesitant to buy this product through Chewy because the reviews said it was difficult to get the vet approval and took too long- likes weeks. I called my vet to let them know the order was placed and within a couple days of placing the order, Chewy got the approval from my Vet and they were shipped- arrived within a week. Very easy in my opinion! And price was cheaper than my vet so I will continue to purchase through Chewy.

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews and had a little trouble with the online ordering process. I called Chewy and not only did a real person answer, but she also took care of the order quickly and was very helpful. I received the Heartgard in less than a week. Whatever problems they may have had appear to have been fixed! Price was better than other online sites I checked.

The only heartworm tablet I can get my boy to take. He actually eats it like a treat and doesn’t turn his nose up to it like the other ones. It only took a few days for the prescription to get to and process through the vet. Then about a week for the package to be delivered.

Great pricing and easy to order! Chewy even made contact with my vet to renew her prescription and it arrived in just days! Love the ease and efficiency of Chewy and saved me a trip to the vet’s office to get the refill.
