A chair is a type of seat, typically designed for one person and consisting of one or more legs, a flat or slightly angled seat and a back-rest. It may be made of wood, metal, or synthetic materials, and may be padded or upholstered in various colors and fabrics.

Chairs vary in design. An armchair has armrests fixed to the seat; a recliner is upholstered and features a mechanism that lowers the chair's back and raises into place a footrest; a rocking chair has legs fixed to two long curved slats; and a wheelchair has wheels fixed to an axis under the seat.

Havana (; Spanish: La Habana [la aˈβana] ) is the capital and largest city of Cuba. The heart of the La Habana Province, Havana is the country's main port and commercial center. It is the most populous city, the largest by area, and the second largest metropolitan area in the Caribbean region. The population in 2012 was 2,154,454 inhabitants, and its area is 728.26 km2 (281.18 sq mi) for the capital city side and 8,475.57 km2 for the metropolitan zone.

Havana was founded by the Spanish in the 16th century. It served as a springboard for the Spanish conquest of the Americas, becoming a stopping point for Spanish galleons returning to Spain. Philip II of Spain granted Havana the title of capital in 1607. Walls and forts were built to protect the city. The city is the seat of the Cuban government and various ministries, and headquarters of businesses and over 100 diplomatic offices. The governor is Reinaldo García Zapata of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC). In 2009, the city/province had the third-highest income in the country.

Contemporary Havana can essentially be described as three cities in one: Old Havana, Vedado and the newer suburban districts. The city extends mostly westward and southward from the bay, which is entered through a narrow inlet and which divides into three main harbors: Marimelena, Guanabacoa and Antares. The Almendares River traverses the city from south to north, entering the Straits of Florida a few miles west of the bay.

The city attracts over a million tourists annually; (1,176,627 international tourists in 2010, a 20% increase from 2005). Old Havana was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982. The city is also noted for its history, culture, architecture and monuments. As typical of Cuba, Havana experiences a tropical climate.

Leather is a strong, flexible and durable material obtained from the tanning, or chemical treatment, of animal skins and hides to prevent decay. The most common leathers come from cattle, sheep, goats, equine animals, buffalo, pigs and hogs, and aquatic animals such as seals and alligators.

Leather can be used to make a variety of items, including clothing, footwear, handbags, furniture, tools and sports equipment, and lasts for decades. Leather making has been practiced for more than 7,000 years and the leading producers of leather today are China and India.

Critics of tanneries claim that they engage in unsustainable practices that pose health hazards to the people and the environment near them.

I ordered this chair without seeing it in person based on the glowing reviews — the chair didn’t disappoint! It looks just the photo, in fact even better in person. Love the curved wooden arms, gold details and comfortable cushions. I wanted a leather chair that wasn’t bulky, this chair is the perfect size and style. Buy it!

I’m in love with this chair. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. I can’t believe it was in stock and arrived so quickly. I truly can’t recommend this chair enough! Looks exactly like the picture.

This chair is gorgeous and exactly as it appears in photos. I first bought a similar chair (from a different site) that was about half the price but it was immediately apparent that the quality and aesthetic were unmatched. I returned it and took the plunge on this one and was not disappointed. The leather is soft and the cushions are cushy and though it looks petite you can curl up in it if need be. Love it.

This is a show stopper accent chair! It’s modern and streamlined (leather furniture often tend to be bulky). The leather is so supple and has a lovely rich caramel color. Definitely feels and looks high end! The strap details on the side is so unique. One major drawback though is the wait time! 6 MONTHS I waited to get this delivered. This was a replacement for an older chair for me, so it wasn’t a deal breaker but it’s a LOT OF DELAY.

I looked at this chair online for months and debated whether I should buy a somewhat pricey chair without seeing it in person first. But I am here to tell you that it’s perfect. Not too big, modern but could fit with lots of decors, a lovely caramel color, actually comfortable to sit in. It’s given my living room the little extra something I was looking for. 10/10.
