I have NEVER had an ordered item from QVC arrive as this did. The item is boxed in HALO packaging with a label pasted to the outside of the box! It could easily be opened and probably was and the box was damaged. VERY IDIOTIC WAY TO SHIP SOMETHING. I opened it and charged it to be sure it was functional. There was no damage at all to the items inside the box. It takes a long time to charge – about 2 hours. I tested everything except the battery charger and every switch, light, USB port, outlet works perfectly!! I gave it 5* for that reason, but I will add that QVC is not the QVC of old and the general quality of everything is not what it used to be, sorry to say, and allowing a company to sending something in that fashion, without a proper box, should NEVER happen, in my opinion.

My sister has owned a Halo for years. After watching many of the videos/shows on QVC I decided to buy myself one. We recently had a major winter storm here in WA State. I knew my battery was dead so today I went out, cleared my car & hooked up my Halo. Got in my car, turned key and the old girl started right up! I screamed with joy! I am 67 and did this on my own. It was so easy. Best gift to myself EVER! I can’t wait to help anyone in need.Thank you Halo?
