Great little product that is a really useful addition to the home. Linked with your online accounts in partner apps, you can ask Google to stream music and radio, make calls, set timers and alarms, get a summary of the news and a weather forecast. Speaker quality is surprisingly good and loud enough to fill most rooms. We bought one for my elderly dad and he loves it. We use the Nest mini to call each other more than ever now.

Great for the kitchen, unobtrusive and easy to use. Handy to use anywhere but the kitchen speaker gets used the most. I’d read read a few reviews and the second generation was the one to go for. Until the next one comes along! We now have the version with a screen in the bedroom as a glorified clock radio. We will keep adding to our set up, this google speaker is a great introduction to the range.

Bought this as it was on offer. Really enjoying it so bought another for living room as first is in the bedroom. Easy to connect and use. Very handy for timers so not just used for music. You can ask anything ie weather or latest news.

An excellent product. Not as good as using the assistant on a tablet as via the nest you can’t ask it to play a specific song without paying for Spotify premium, it will select a “station” instead. On the App you can ask for any song and it will play. Surprisingly good quality audio and very responsive to commands.
