Shearling is a skin from a recently shorn sheep or lamb that has been tanned and dressed with the wool left on. It has a suede surface on one side and a clipped fur surface on the other. The suede side is usually worn outward. Real shearling breathes and is more flexible, much heavier and the fur is much denser than synthetic. Synthetic shearling fur is typically called sherpa. Synthetic or fake shearling has a bit of a sheen to its outer side, while real shearling outer hide is dull and a bit tacky to the touch. Genuine shearling is also smoother to the touch than synthetic shearling.
Slippers are a type of shoes falling under the broader category of light footwear, that are easy to put on and off and are intended to be worn indoors, particularly at home. They provide comfort and protection for the feet when walking indoors. They are not really for use outside, as of their lack of grip, and waterproofing.

I love the sole of these slippers. As the sole is thick I find they give more support. Obviously, the shearling makes them super warm. Agree with the size chart . Go up a size or 1/2 size

These are such comfortable, cozy and versatile slippers. They have a great tread on them so can be worn to pop out even if it’s wet on the ground. A love a slip-on and these are perfect!
