This is my first tracking device/watch. I got it on sale here for $100 which was a wonderful deal. I’ve been using it for nearly two weeks with no issues. It has definitely motivated me to move more and I enjoy tracking my workouts. I like the sleek design and orchid band. I did not want/need a huge screen with too many bells and whistles. This is the perfect beginner/intermediate option.

I got this new FitBit Luxe to replace a Charge 2 HR that I have had for several years. I love the feel of the band, very comfortable! Also really like the look of the screen with the colors and the different face options. It stays charged for a week or more. I got the silver case with the Orchid band. Really like that combination! I have already purchased a black band so I have a couple of options. This one shows a complete text, my Charge 2 would only show the beginning of a message. I was due for an upgrade, and so glad I got this!!! Had no issues syncing with my iPhone, and even left my Charge 2 synched too so if I want to wear it while hiking I can. The app has had no trouble when I would switch out during the day. I sometimes wear the Charge 2 for my morning walk because it does track floors. Then switch over to this one for the rest of my daily activity. Santa came early for me!!!

This is my 3rd Fitbit. My first one eventually stopped charging. My second one is a Charge 2, which is still working, but it is starting to wear out also because of the charging. I really wanted the Luxe for the looks of it. It was not tracking my sleep properly at first, and I was considering sending it back, but I did some research on the issue first. I found that if I loosened it up and put it further back on my wrist, it then tracked my sleep correctly. I hope this helps someone. I am going to give it some more time, but I will probably keep it.

I decided to try the Luxe after loving my Fitbit Alta. I was already established on the Fitbit app. Easy to change and automatically synced with WW app. Except for reading the time the rest is really minuscule. I can get along with this but what I am missing when I get a call on the Alta it would scroll who was calling or texting. Since I am in exercise class I am not near my phone. This will show who called with no notification and too teensy to read. This is an important feature that I have been used to. The Luxe is petite and good looking. My husband got the black one and he likes it but it is not reflecting his sleep correctly.
