The staycation trip was really great. To celebrate my hubby’s birthday and our anniversary, we took our kids together and we all had lots of fun. The lunch buffet was at the average standard. The afternoon tea was arranged in the banquet room coz the lounges on both levels were all full. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We took the kids to Hong Kong park and they were very happy. The hotel arranged a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne for us. The hotel room is clean and service is excellent. Thanks for the arrangement. We would definitely come again!

Great service from all the staffs. Very good value for package. Was upgraded to 60th floor mountain view. Good breakfast and lunch buffet.

The staff service was good and we got an update to a better grade room. Buffet food is average and it was a bit disappointing that drinks were not included and we needed to pay $88 for soft drinks. The renovation was good though it was a bit worn out.

worthy staycation program, good hotel, helpful staff, clean room, delicious food, enjoy swimming pool so much, though do not have room upgrade but can check in early around 11am & offer late check out till 2pm, also send us a birthday cake to celebrate, thank you🥳

Amazing staycation, package comes with lunch buffet at your arrival. The buffet was fantastic with a large choice of seafood, western and chinese dishes. The room is modern with montain view. The breakfast is nice too. Highly recommended.

the most impressive thing that I experienced was the room service. I ordered food from the restaurant, then they set the time to deliver the food to my room. When it arrived, you don’t have to worry if the food will get cold. And the food i ordered was delicious. Had a really good view and relaxing night in Conrad HK. Recommended !!
