A cadet is a student or trainee within various organisations, primarily in military contexts where individuals undergo training to become commissioned officers. However, several civilian organisations, including civil aviation groups, maritime organisations, and police services, also designate their trainees as cadets.
A cub is the young of certain large predatory animals, such as big cats and bears.

Lawn maintenance practices also cause biodiversity loss in surrounding areas. Some forms of lawn, such as tapestry lawns, are designed partly for biodiversity and pollinator support.
A tractor is an engineering vehicle specifically designed to deliver a high tractive effort (or torque) at slow speeds, for the purposes of hauling a trailer or machinery such as that used in agriculture, mining or construction. Most commonly, the term is used to describe a farm vehicle that provides the power and traction to mechanize agricultural tasks, especially (and originally) tillage, and now many more. Agricultural implements may be towed behind or mounted on the tractor, and the tractor may also provide a source of power if the implement is mechanised.

Recently purchased 42 inch enduro series, Service at the williamston, Michigan store was fantastic. The women helping me really knew the product. Gave me the part number to order the correct mulching kit from cub cadet. Had delivered same day, starts up first time, cuts great bought the bumper kit and mulching kit online. Easy install works great.Has a very tight turn radius. So far very Happy with it. Replacing a John Deere LT 155 I had 21 years.

This mower has fantastic turning radius is very strong handles very well catch very well and reverses excellent to can’t cut in reverse though. Other than that that seems to be the only drawback and that’s not bad at all it’s very comfortable and cuts very precise I’m a very happy owner. Cub cadet thank you very much.

I had a Craftsman tractor for 25 years. So I was looking for a mower with the same engine, a single cylinder Kohler engine and this tractor has it. As for the tractor itself it cuts great, and turns sharper than my old tractor.The ride comfort is a big plus also, I searched nearby cub cadet and they did not sell the 42 inch tractor and tried to sell me the next model up. Need less to say I purchased this on the tractor supply card and got major reward points.

I ordered my CC 42″ rider mower from TSC online. It took 2 weeks for delivery and I had to pick it up at a nearby TSC because an 18-wheeler couldn’t turn around in my driveway. It was in a wooden crate and minor assembly was simple. A hammer to disassemble the crate, a Phillips screwdriver to connect the battery, 5/8″ socket to tighten the steering wheel nut and two 9/16″ wrenches to set the deck roller height were needed, as was adding a few ounces of engine oil to reach full. I mostly filled the tank with two gallons of unleaded ethanol-free gasoline. Starting was quick and easy. I’m 6’3″ 180 lbs and I was comfortable in the seat. I mowed about a half-acre of overdue grass and weeds in about a half hour, using both the normal forward mowing and the Reverse-caution mowing features. The tractor-style mower with a steering wheel isn’t a stereotypical zero-turn but it will turn really tight and it mowed beautifully well at the 2″ set height. My yard is a hard-won two-acre clearing steeply-downhill from a 200-yard gravel driveway on a ridgetop in a forest.

First mower had a seal leak on the axle to the hydrostatic drive which I got lucky and was able to return and buy another. Cub cadet otherwise is great!
