A car, or an automobile, is a motor vehicle with wheels. Most definitions of cars state that they run primarily on roads, seat one to eight people, have four wheels, and mainly transport people over cargo. There are around one billion cars in use worldwide. The car is considered an important part of the developed economy.
The French inventor Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot built the first steam-powered road vehicle in 1769, while the Swiss inventor François Isaac de Rivaz designed and constructed the first internal combustion-powered automobile in 1808. The modern car—a practical, marketable automobile for everyday use—was invented in 1886, when the German inventor Carl Benz patented his Benz Patent-Motorwagen. Commercial cars became widely available during the 20th century. The 1901 Oldsmobile Curved Dash and the 1908 Ford Model T, both American cars, are widely considered the first mass-produced and mass-affordable cars, respectively. Cars were rapidly adopted in the US, where they replaced horse-drawn carriages. In Europe and other parts of the world, demand for automobiles did not increase until after World War II. In the 21st century, car usage is still increasing rapidly, especially in China, India, and other newly industrialised countries.
Cars have controls for driving, parking, passenger comfort, and a variety of lamps. Over the decades, additional features and controls have been added to vehicles, making them progressively more complex. These include rear-reversing cameras, air conditioning, navigation systems, and in-car entertainment. Most cars in use in the early 2020s are propelled by an internal combustion engine, fueled by the combustion of fossil fuels. Electric cars, which were invented early in the history of the car, became commercially available in the 2000s and are predicted to cost less to buy than petrol-driven cars before 2025. The transition from fossil fuel-powered cars to electric cars features prominently in most climate change mitigation scenarios, such as Project Drawdown's 100 actionable solutions for climate change.
There are costs and benefits to car use. The costs to the individual include acquiring the vehicle, interest payments (if the car is financed), repairs and maintenance, fuel, depreciation, driving time, parking fees, taxes, and insurance. The costs to society include maintaining roads, land-use, road congestion, air pollution, noise pollution, public health, and disposing of the vehicle at the end of its life. Traffic collisions are the largest cause of injury-related deaths worldwide. Personal benefits include on-demand transportation, mobility, independence, and convenience. Societal benefits include economic benefits, such as job and wealth creation from the automotive industry, transportation provision, societal well-being from leisure and travel opportunities, and the generation of revenue from taxation. People's ability to move flexibly from place to place has far-reaching implications for the nature of societies.
A convertible or cabriolet () is a passenger car that can be driven with or without a roof in place. The methods of retracting and storing the roof vary across eras and manufacturers.
A convertible car's design allows an open-air driving experience, with the ability to provide a roof when required. A potential drawback of convertibles is their reduced structural rigidity (requiring significant engineering and modification to counteract the side effects of almost completely removing a car's roof).
The majority of convertible roofs are of a folding construction framework with the actual top made from cloth or other fabric. Other types of convertible roofs include retractable hardtops (often constructed from metal or plastic) and detachable hardtops (where a metal or plastic roof is manually removed and often stored in the trunk).
Grey (more frequent British English) or gray (more frequent American English) is an intermediate color between black and white. It is a neutral or achromatic color, meaning that it has no chroma and therefore no hue. It is the color of a cloud-covered sky, of ash, and of lead.
The first recorded use of grey as a color name in the English language was in 700 CE. Grey is the dominant spelling in European and Commonwealth English, while gray is more common in American English; however, both spellings are valid in both varieties of English.
In Europe and North America, surveys show that gray is the color most commonly associated with neutrality, conformity, boredom, uncertainty, old age, indifference, and modesty. Only one percent of respondents chose it as their favorite color.
A seat is a place to sit. The term may encompass additional features, such as back, armrest, head restraint but also headquarters in a wider sense.

There were few things that we wanted in a car seat. The first thing we wanted for a car seat is safety because we want our littles to be safe. The second thing we wanted was an extended rear facing car seat up to 50 pounds because when I did the research, I learnt that rear facing as long as possible is best for little ones’ spines. This car seat is a major bonus because we also wanted the seat to be convertible to a front facing and booster seat to have it for years to come (and to save money). Installing the car seat is a breeze, all you have to do is to put the seatbelt across then close the click tight panel then it tightens up. It is well padded and comfortable. I do have to admit that the car seat is on the pricier side but when I factor everything down it is worth it knowing that the car seat will last ten years and keeping my child safe is very important to us. The car seat is well worth the investment.

We and our baby love this car seat. It’s sturdy and seems comfortable and can keep your baby back facing until 50 pounds which is a long time. Great! I love that we won’t have to get another car seat or booster as this one will last the entire time a booster is required.

Great product and expensive but if you can’t get any coupons that apply that’s being greedy!!!

I have not used it yet as our baby is yet to born. But the product looks sturdy enough to protect our baby and durable for a long use. The box seemed to be in a mint condition, so I really appreciate that.

I love this car seat. It’s easy to instal with seatbelt and or hooks. There are many inserts making it comfortable for your child at every stage. It is heavy so it’s not enjoyable to move from car to car. It’s easy to disassemble for easy cleanup of baby has an accident like mine did. We were in a small fender bender and everything was fine with baby. Just had to replace car seat due to ca law. But it’s intact and fine.

This was a huge splurge for us but I wanted all the safety, comfort, and years of use I could get. This fits my suburban perfectly and was a breeze to install. My 15 month old son fits perfect and never fusses in this one like his infant seat. It’s easy enough to clean. I’ll be getting another one for my daughter when she’s ready.
