- The standard lift control cord length is 40% of the overall product height in adherence with the 2018 ANSI/WCMA safety standard, and to help prevent accidental strangulation injury or death to children. Longer cord lengths can still be specified where needed for accessibility.

Wood is a structural tissue found in the stems and roots of trees and other woody plants. As an abundant, carbon-neutral renewable resource, woody materials have been of intense interest as a source of renewable energy. In 2008, approximately 3.97 billion cubic meters of wood were harvested. Dominant uses were for furniture and building construction.
Wood is scientifically studied and researched through the discipline of wood science, which was initiated since the beginning of the 20th century.

After having 2 different companies come to our home, we were frustrated by the prices they gave us. We had received a few e-mails from Blindsgalore and decided to try them. We first ordered mini-blinds that were here in a week so we ordered some wood alternative blinds. Quality is excellent. We don’t know about their customer service because we have not had to use them.
