- If ordering a Rechargeable Motorized lift, a charger is not included. We recommend one Battery Charger for every three shades.
- Charging port is located in the headrail.
- Solar Recharger Kit provides a constant charge to the integrated battery. Direct sunlight is not required but the solar panel will perform best with direct sunlight. A battery charger is not required, but recommended as a backup option
- Solar panel dimensions are 18 1/2″ x 1 1/2″.
- NEO Smart hub is available on motorized and is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant allowing remote control of your motorized shades with a phone, tablet or PC.

- The fabric on roller shades will be narrower than the width ordered to accommodate the hardware at each end of the roller shade.
- Classic is made from vinyl coated fiberglass
- Serenity is made from 50% polyester, 50% acrylic coating
- Toulon is made from 75% polyester, 25% cationic poly
- Verona is made from 100% polyester
- Note: inside mount shades will have up to a 3/4″ light gap on each side; outside mount shades will be 3/16″ wider than ordered width

I absolutely love my new black-out roller window shade. It’s so easy to use, always stays in the center when you roll it up so you don’t have to worry about having the edges getting frayed, and totally blocks out the light. It’s the best shade I’ve ever owned. Highly recommend it!

After months and months of fretting over how to deal with our windows that frame a stunning view of the mountains behind us, I finally made a decision and ordered the Comfortex Envision Roller Shades EcoGreen Aurora, in wheat. for the great room. Our challenge was we didn’t want to black-out everything but needed to stop the blazing sun from burning our carpet and upholstery. There are 3 windows with 3 smaller windows above them for a total of 6; we ordered 1 shade with outside mount reverse roll to cover both windows, we covered our 6 windows with 3 shades. There is a subtle stripe in the shade that gives the windows even more class. The wheat is a soft golden color and is versatile to most interior color choices. We also ordered the same shades in Onyx for the kitchen set behind a valance on a black background with a colorful floral pattern, very stunning, and are so glad I dared to use black in the kitchen! The house is also much cooler now when the shades are down. From the outside looking in during the day nothing can be seen, but at night with the lights on in the house, these don’t give a lot of privacy, we simply added sheer curtain panels for that. My husband and I measured the windows and installed the shades together, I could have figured it out on my own eventually but it was so much easier with 4 hands. All is wonderful. I highly recommend getting the free samples and tape them to your windows for a while before ordering, the color choice we ordered was not the color we first selected.
