A mattress is a large, usually rectangular pad for supporting a lying person. It is designed to be used as a bed, or on a bed frame as part of a bed. As far as sleep and comfort, I love the mattress. I’ve been sleeping better every night since I got the mattress. My complaint is that the mattress doesn’t spring back when no one is on it. I’ve only had it for a few weeks and already there are indentations where my body lies on it. From what I understood, the mattress should spring back. If the indentations are this bad after only a few weeks, what will they be like after a year? This is very disappointing.

Medium Firm is accurate. This is not a very firm mattress. My previous mattress had support all the way around the outside of the mattress. You could sit on the edge of the mattress and it wouldn’t sink under you. This one does. Otherwise it seems adequate. Hardly different than my old Sealy Posturpedic.
