Barefoot is the state of not wearing any footwear.

There are health benefits and some risks associated with going barefoot. Shoes, while they offer protection, can limit the flexibility, strength, and mobility of the foot and can lead to higher incidences of flexible flat foot, bunions, hammer toe, and Morton's neuroma. Walking and running barefoot results in a more natural gait, allowing for a more rocking motion of the foot, eliminating the hard heel strike and generating less collision force in the foot and lower leg.

There are many sports that are performed barefoot, most notably gymnastics, martial arts and swimming, but also beach volleyball, barefoot running, barefoot hiking, and barefoot waterskiing.

A robe is a loose-fitting outer garment. Unlike garments described as capes or cloaks, robes usually have sleeves. The English word robe derives from Middle English robe ("garment"), borrowed from Old French robe ("booty, spoils"), itself taken from the Frankish word *rouba ("spoils, things stolen, clothes"), and is related to the word rob.

Unisex is an adjective indicating something is not sex-specific, i.e. is suitable for any type of sex. The term can also mean gender-blindness or gender neutrality.

The term 'unisex' was coined as a neologism in the 1960s and was used fairly informally. The combining prefix uni- is from Latin unus, meaning one or single. However, 'unisex' seems to have been influenced by words such as united and universal, in which uni- takes the related sense shared. Unisex then means shared by sexes.

This is the best robe ever made. Perfect for fall, winter and spring. Probably too warm for summer. It is worth every penny.

This is my second CozyChic Robe. I treated myself to the first one before I had breast cancer surgery and it was wonderful to have this warm, cozy robe to wear in my weeks of recovery following surgery. I decided to buy a new one as my “old”one is now 4 years old and well worn and a little stretched out. i wish they made them a little longer – I am 5’6′ and it is hits just below mid-calf, so not to the ankles. This robe washes well and even does great in the dryer. I used to wash the robe and then hang it to air dry till my girlfriend told me she puts hers in the dryer and it comes out fine. I highly recommend this robe. It is wonderful to come home and put on this soft, cozy robe.

I adore Barefoot Dreams, and own several pieces from their line. After watching yet another “plush” robe pill and become matted, I decided to indulge in this robe. Utter magic! Fits perfectly and line dries quickly after washing. Dense, plush and soft. I really love this robe, and will never be without one!

It is very comfortable and warm but runs very big. I am 5’8”, 145 lb and I got size 2. I am going to exchange it for size 1.
