Barefoot is the state of not wearing any footwear.
There are health benefits and some risks associated with going barefoot. Shoes, while they offer protection, can limit the flexibility, strength, and mobility of the foot and can lead to higher incidences of flexible flat foot, bunions, hammer toe, and Morton's neuroma. Walking and running barefoot results in a more natural gait, allowing for a more rocking motion of the foot, eliminating the hard heel strike and generating less collision force in the foot and lower leg.
There are many sports that are performed barefoot, most notably gymnastics, martial arts and swimming, but also beach volleyball, barefoot running, barefoot hiking, and barefoot waterskiing.
A blanket is a swath of soft cloth large enough either to cover or to enfold most of the user's body and thick enough to keep the body warm by trapping radiant body heat that otherwise would be lost through conduction.

This is my first BFD blanket purchase, and I’m very pleased to have snagged one up during the NSale. I would not pay regular price for this blanket in terms of looks. I got the stone color and everybody in the house loves it. My youngest has already stolen this blanket from me every time he crawls in our bed. I wish this was as soft as the circle cardigans, but it’s still very cozy. I bring it to bed and the couch. If you look closely at it, doesn’t look that great honestly with all the fuzziness. Some cheap blankets look like this, but don’t have this blankets softness. I haven’t experienced any shedding like some mentioned. I washed it in cold water on delicate and dried it in delicate by itself. No issues. Nordstrom if you’re listening, please restock the leopard stone/cream blanket. Been trying to get that for 2 years. But don’t think I can stomach full price either. I also got the loop fringe one during the sale and returned. Skip that one. Quality is very lacking in that one and can tell it will shed. I also wish BFD would make king size versions of these blankets, but lower the price a little. These are just throw sizes after all and very expensive.

Got this in navy and love it. Great color and SO soft! this size is perfect for lounging on the sofa. Highly recommended.

My fur babies & I love this blanket. Both my cat & dog snuggle up in it. Truly feels like a dream! However, is it shedding a lot for anyone else as well? I’ve washed & dried it in delicates.

Snatched one up during the anniversary sale and I love it! I had two already one in cream and one in stone. Remember to wash in cold and use very low heat and no fabric softener and these will last you forever. They are so soft, lightweight and snuggly!

Amazingly soft, and super stretchy! This blanket is big, my partner and I can share it on opposite sides of our couch. I love the deep green color I ordered! My fur child has claimed it as his own!
