1 (one, unit, unity) is a number, numeral, and glyph. It is the first and smallest positive integer of the infinite sequence of natural numbers. This fundamental property has led to its unique uses in other fields, ranging from science to sports, where it commonly denotes the first, leading, or top thing in a group. 1 is the unit of counting or measurement, a determiner for singular nouns, and a gender-neutral pronoun. Historically, the representation of 1 evolved from ancient Sumerian and Babylonian symbols to the modern Arabic numeral.
In mathematics, 1 is the multiplicative identity, meaning that any number multiplied by 1 equals the same number. 1 is by convention not considered a prime number. In digital technology, 1 represents the "on" state in binary code, the foundation of computing. Philosophically, 1 symbolizes the ultimate reality or source of existence in various traditions.
5 (five) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number, and cardinal number, following 4 and preceding 6, and is a prime number.
Humans, and many other animals, have 5 digits on their limbs.

A gym, short for gymnasium (pl.: gymnasiums or gymnasia), is an indoor venue for exercise and sports. The word is derived from the ancient Greek term "gymnasion". They are commonly found in athletic and fitness centres, and as activity and learning spaces in educational institutions. "Gym" is also the commonly used name for a "fitness centre" or health club, which is often an area for indoor recreation. A "gym" may include or describe adjacent open air areas as well. In Western countries, "gyms" often describe places with indoor or outdoor courts for basketball, hockey, tennis, boxing or wrestling, and with equipment and machines used for physical development training, or to do exercises. In many European countries, Gymnasium (and variations of the word) also can describe a secondary school that prepares students for higher education at a university, with or without the presence of athletic courts, fields, or equipment.
A handle is a part of, or attachment to, an object that allows it to be grasped and manipulated by hand. The design of each type of handle involves substantial ergonomic issues, even where these are dealt with intuitively or by following tradition. Handles for tools are an important part of their function, enabling the user to exploit the tools to maximum effect. Package handles allow for convenient carrying of packages.
A home, or domicile, is a space used as a permanent or semi-permanent residence for one or more human occupants, and sometimes various companion animals. It is a fully- or semi-sheltered space and can have both interior and exterior aspects to it. Homes provide sheltered spaces, for instance rooms, where domestic activity can be performed such as sleeping, preparing food, eating and hygiene as well as providing spaces for work and leisure such as remote working, studying and playing.
Physical forms of homes can be static such as a house or an apartment, mobile such as a houseboat, trailer or yurt or digital such as virtual space. The aspect of 'home' can be considered across scales; from the micro scale showcasing the most intimate spaces of the individual dwelling and direct surrounding area to the macro scale of the geographic area such as town, village, city, country or planet.
The concept of 'home' has been researched and theorized across disciplines – topics ranging from the idea of home, the interior, the psyche, liminal space, contested space to gender and politics. The home as a concept expands beyond residence as contemporary lifestyles and technological advances redefine the way the global population lives and works. The concept and experience encompasses the likes of exile, yearning, belonging, homesickness and homelessness.
In science and engineering, the weight of an object is a quantity associated with the gravitational force exerted on the object by other objects in its environment, although there is some variation and debate as to the exact definition.
Some standard textbooks define weight as a vector quantity, the gravitational force acting on the object. Others define weight as a scalar quantity, the magnitude of the gravitational force. Yet others define it as the magnitude of the reaction force exerted on a body by mechanisms that counteract the effects of gravity: the weight is the quantity that is measured by, for example, a spring scale. Thus, in a state of free fall, the weight would be zero. In this sense of weight, terrestrial objects can be weightless: so if one ignores air resistance, one could say the legendary apple falling from the tree, on its way to meet the ground near Isaac Newton, was weightless.
The unit of measurement for weight is that of force, which in the International System of Units (SI) is the newton. For example, an object with a mass of one kilogram has a weight of about 9.8 newtons on the surface of the Earth, and about one-sixth as much on the Moon. Although weight and mass are scientifically distinct quantities, the terms are often confused with each other in everyday use (e.g. comparing and converting force weight in pounds to mass in kilograms and vice versa).
Further complications in elucidating the various concepts of weight have to do with the theory of relativity according to which gravity is modeled as a consequence of the curvature of spacetime. In the teaching community, a considerable debate has existed for over half a century on how to define weight for their students. The current situation is that a multiple set of concepts co-exist and find use in their various contexts.

Been looking for a quality dumbbell. This has great built, high quality, and solid. The dial lets me select how heavy the weight I want, range from 2.5kg to 25kg. Been using it for over a week so far, its very solid, and easy to use. The only thing is the units on the dumbbell is in kg, not in lb. Just keep that in mind.

Great for getting stronger. You can start with one weight and then slowly go up until you can lift all of them. It is small and compact making it easy to store when you arent using it. The weight is adjustable not like the other weights that are stuck at a certain weight. Its durable enough that if you drop it accidentally it wont be damaged much at all. I use it everyday and it helps tremendously for making my arms stronger. This is a good way to train your arms.

This is such a smart design to have one (1) dumbbell that is equivalent to a whole set of weights by simply pressing down the red lock button and adjusting the dial to the weight of your choice! Keep in mind that this is in Kilograms and not Pounds and 32.4kg is very heavy. Overall, I am very impressed with this but just wish this came as a pair instead of just one (1) dumbbell for the price.

I bought this and because of this I was able to sell all my other dumbells. This is all you need

I’ve been looking around for this type of dumbell for awhile due to not being able to go to the gym right now during the pandemic. After looking around, I selected this one and I’m very happy with it. I’ve purchased spare dumbells in the past but they end up taking too much space for individual dumbells and I need to buy heavier sets. This adjustable dumbell is great because it doesn’t take up too much space and it can be adjusted from light weight all the way to 71.5 lbs. I love using them! Pros: 1. Build quality is great and it feels very secure when using it. 2. It has a safety lock that needs to be pressed before being able to turn the adjustment dial. 3. Range of adjustment is very wide. 11lbs to 71.5lbs. 4. Nice rubber grip 5. Dumbell tray is nice and sturdy Cons: 1. Its a bit pricey but its well worth it. Overall, I would recommend this dumbell to anyone who wants to lift weights at home but doesn’t want to use too much space. This product works well and I’m very happy.
