ADVANCED THERMAL ENGINEERING

To us, design is more than just mechanics – it’s art. Alienware Cryo-Tech™ Cooling Technology is an engineering approach that doesn’t compromise your system’s gaming performance by means of electrical and mechanical methods, and instead maintains your system’s stability even during the most intense gaming moments.

Airflow at its finest: Our new m15 R6 chassis prioritizes performance with a dual fan design that pulls in cool air from the top and bottom vents, and exhales exhaust out the left, right, and rear vents for optimal cooling of the core components.

Consider your thermals managed: If you want to control your system temperatures directly, now you can manage your CPU’s maximum temperature limit by modifying a setting in your BIOS called TCC Offset. Beyond this, gamers can adjust their power settings across one of five unique fan profiles in our Alienware Command Center software according to whether performance or battery life are prioritized, with various options in between.

Load balancing heat pipes: The dynamics of thermal activity across critical components like the GPU and the CPU are intelligently discharged across four copper composite heat pipes of up to 3mm in diameter.

High voltage driving fan: The fire resistant, liquid crystal polymer fan blades include sleeve bearings and 3 phase fan control to create less friction and circulate air more efficiently.

POWER PRIORITIZED

Power up the action: With 11th Gen Intel® Core™ processors enabling up to 8-cores and 16-threads of multi-threaded performance, the new Alienware m15 R6 is ready to take you to new gaming heights.

Prepare for the win: Make every mission a chance to show off your skills with the optional NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3080 graphics offering higher performance. Included with the Alienware m15 R6 are NVIDIA’s 3rd-Gen Max-Q technologies which include support for Dynamic Boost 2.0 for additional graphics power, Resizable BAR to improve CPU to GPU processing, and Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) technology where AI works to boost your frame rates when your graphics card is working the hardest. With NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3080 and Dynamic Boost 2.0 enabled the m15 R6 is rated for up to 125W of maximum graphics power.

Loaded with memory: The Alienware m15 R6 introduces DDR4 3200Mhz or 2933Mhz memory to our 15″ laptops, taking your mega-tasking abilities to a new level. It even lets gamers upgrade their memory post-purchase, using the two available SO-DIMM slots.

High-speed attack: Killer DoubleShot™ Pro allows the use of both the Killer Wireless and Killer Ethernet interfaces at the same time. This will provide more usable bandwidth to the end user. Killer E2600 1G Ethernet is capable of handling 1 Gbps of traffic and the Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 is capable of handling up 2.4 Gbps of traffic. Killer DoubleShot Pro allows both of these interfaces to work at the same time which will give the end user max throughput as high as 3.4 Gbps.

THE KEYS TO VICTORY

Alienware Corporation is an American computer hardware subsidiary brand of Dell. Their product range is dedicated to gaming computers and accessories and can be identified by their alien-themed designs. Alienware was founded in 1996 by Nelson Gonzalez and Alex Aguila. The development of the company is also associated with Frank Azor, Arthur Lewis, Joe Balerdi, and Michael S. Dell (CEO). The company's corporate headquarters is located in The Hammocks, Miami, Florida.

Dell Inc. is an American technology company that develops, sells, repairs, and supports personal computers (PCs), servers, data storage devices, network switches, software, computer peripherals including printers and webcams among other products and services. Based in Round Rock, Texas, Dell is owned by its parent company Dell Technologies since a restructuring in 2016.

Founded by Michael Dell in 1984, Dell started making IBM clone computers and pioneered selling cut-price PCs directly to customers, managing its supply chain and electronic commerce. The company rose rapidly during the 1990s and in 2001 it became the largest global PC vendor for the first time. Dell was a pure hardware vendor until 2009 when it acquired Perot Systems. Dell then entered the market for IT services. The company has expanded storage and networking systems. In the late 2000s, it began expanding from offering computers only to delivering a range of technology for enterprise customers.

Dell is a subsidiary of Dell Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company, as well as a component of the NASDAQ-100 and S&P 500. Dell is ranked 31st on the Fortune 500 list in 2022, up from 76th in 2021. It is also the sixth-largest company in Texas by total revenue, according to Fortune magazine. It is the second-largest non-oil company in Texas. As of 2024, it is the world's third-largest personal computer vendor by unit sales, after Lenovo and HP. In 2015, Dell acquired the enterprise technology firm EMC Corporation, together becoming divisions of Dell Technologies. Dell EMC sells data storage, information security, virtualization, analytics, and cloud computing.

A laptop computer or notebook computer, also known as a laptop or notebook, is a small, portable personal computer (PC). Laptops typically have a clamshell form factor with a flat-panel screen on the inside of the upper lid and an alphanumeric keyboard and pointing device on the inside of the lower lid. Most of the computer's internal hardware is fitted inside the lower lid enclosure under the keyboard, although many modern laptops have a built-in webcam at the top of the screen, and some even feature a touchscreen display. In most cases, unlike tablet computers which run on mobile operating systems, laptops tend to run on desktop operating systems, which were originally developed for desktop computers.

The word laptop, modeled after the term desktop (as in desktop computer), refers to the fact that the computer can be practically placed on the user's lap; while the word notebook refers to most laptops sharing a form factor with paper notebooks. As of 2024, in American English, the terms laptop and notebook are used interchangeably; in other dialects of English, one or the other may be preferred. The term notebook originally referred to a type of portable computer that was smaller and lighter than mainstream laptops of the time, but has since come to mean the same thing and no longer refers to any specific size.

Laptops are used in a variety of settings, such as at work (especially on business trips), in education, for playing games, web browsing, for personal multimedia, and for general home computer use. They can run on both AC power and rechargable battery packs and can be folded shut for convenient storage and transportation, making them suitable for mobile use. Laptops combine many of the input/output components and capabilities of a desktop computer into a single unit, including a display screen (usually 11–17 in or 280–430 mm in diagonal size), small speakers, a keyboard, and a pointing device (namely compact ones such as touchpads or pointing sticks). Hardware specifications may vary significantly between different types, models, and price points.

Design elements, form factors, and construction can also vary significantly between models depending on the intended use. Examples of specialized models of laptops include 2-in-1 laptops, with keyboards that either be detached or pivoted out of view from the display (often marketed having a "laptop mode"); rugged laptops, for use in construction or military applications; and low-production-cost laptops such as those from the One Laptop per Child (OLPC) organization, which incorporate features like solar charging and semi-flexible components not found on most laptop computers. Portable computers, which later developed into modern laptops, were originally considered to be a small niche market, mostly for specialized field applications, such as in the military, for accountants, or travelling sales representatives. As portable computers evolved into modern laptops, they became widely used for a variety of purposes.

Its been amazing since I bought this laptop but I’ve had some problems like when I paired my Airpods Pro to the bluetooth, it sounds awful, I don’t know why, so I’ve been playing with speakers on. Also I tried the Game Pass of Xbox for PC, SW Battlefield 1 was the first game I tried, I got GPU lag related for the first mission and then everything was fine. One more thing is that the Laptop gets too hot when I’m playing, so I have to be in my gaming room while on it, with A/C otherwise the laptop is so hot. I would like to know more about this issues if you can send me an email or something.

Alienware has always made top notch machines, but this one is over the top.. I spent many months researching, and many more waiting for the 3080 version to be available, which was well worth the wait. I knew this machine was going to be a beast, but in real life it is much more epic.. Windows 11 hello login is great! Before using, I was thinking, this is not going to work in the dark which it does. amazing. Also the cpu is way faster than I could ever imagine, and is able to crush any game at max resolution over 100FPS. totally mind boggling how this thing deals with heat. However it does get pretty warm after a few hours of game play. Very impressed. Amazing screen and sound too. The keyboard is my favorite part to it. Much more crispy then my razr ornate mech keyboard.

I know theirs been new ones released but even some of them have heating issues I’m not struggling to much with it but its definitely noticeable. this is my first gaming pc but for my first I’m over all pretty happy just that one issue and besides these alien laptops are a bit pricey and I certainly cant afford a hole lot I was able to use my credit card otherwise well yeah. The style and construction and love how I can upgrade it and stuff as well. Again the heating though is a big taker though.
