A respirator is a device designed to protect the wearer from inhaling hazardous atmospheres including lead fumes, vapors, gases and particulate matter such as dusts and airborne pathogens such as viruses. There are two main categories of respirators: the air-purifying respirator, in which respirable air is obtained by filtering a contaminated atmosphere, and the air-supplied respirator, in which an alternate supply of breathable air is delivered. Within each category, different techniques are employed to reduce or eliminate noxious airborne contaminants.

I have had the hardest time trying to find a mask that would seal and be comfortable. This one does both and aside from the price being a bit high, it’s worth it for the peace of mind.

Fits comfortable and when you breath in, the mask won’t sink into your face. You actually feel like you can take a deep clear breath vs some others masks that make you feel like you can’t breath.

Once the smell (from the foam?? adhesive??) dissipates, it’s really the greatest mask I’ve used this whole pandemic. I get about 4-8 hours a day over 4 days use out of it before the elastic band loses it’s strength too much and I pitch it.
