We were skeptical of the power and battery, but boy we were wrong. We just finished the entire yard and we had a little under 2 bars of battery left. The power was very surprising as it went through the thick grass with ease. The unit is so light weight it really took the stress out comparing to the traditional gas mower. We really hope the battery holds up in the next few years.

Bought this mower a year or two ago. It has always worked fine. A single charge will last my whole yard as long as the grass isn’t too high. It’s easy to adjust for different grass heights. Most importantly is it has many safety features if even one is not right it will not start. Just take care of the battery and it works perfectly every time.

I’ve had this mower for a few months and have used it several times now. It’s worked well with multiple types of grass and in near 100 degree temperatures. It’s quiet (sounds like a box fan), lightweight, and simple to use. It takes around 45 minutes to mow my yard and the 6 amp battery has always had at least 25% charge left when I’ve finished. This is my 4th Ryobi 40v product to purchase over the last three years and they’ve all exceeded my expectations.
