Heavier Duty than would normally be expected for home use. Starts easily and takes up to 3 inch branches but they need to be fed slowly to avoid bogging down the engine. Smaller branches fly right through.

Fine machine serial number hard to read due to location need to clarify only put oil in one hole.

Machine arrived on time, went together easily, and started on the second pull. After about 20 minutes of use it clogged up and stalled. Doesn’t work too well on wet leaves. It’s a little difficult to clean out. Very difficult to start when warm. Overall I’m happy with the product and would purchase it again.

Shredder works great. Engine starts easy and does a great job shredding limbs with no problem. Very happy with purchase. I use it pretty regularly.

A good machine and it does its job. Did take longer than 15 minutes to put it together. But that might have been my fault.

Pretty easy to assemble. We have used it several times now for limbs and leaves. We did get it clogged once and it was fairly easy to remove the chute and clear it out. Not all limbs are pretty straight so we are having to use chain saw to cut where it is not straight then put in the limbs. Not too hard to move around the yard, but we do have a pond downhill that needs small bushes removed. Waiting to see how hard that will be to get it up the hill. Would much rather use the chipper/shredder than burn the branches/leaves. We are bagging the shredded material to use later for mulch.

Although the box looked pretty beat up when i picked up the chipper and i needed to bore a couple holes larger to get bolts to align, the performance has been great. I am glad I sprang for one with greater horsepower. I learned that by prepping limbs I can chip a pile rather quickly.
