A ninja (Japanese: 忍者, lit. 'one who is invisible'; [ɲiꜜɲdʑa]) or shinobi (Japanese: 忍び, lit. 'one who sneaks'; [ɕinobi]) was an infiltration agent, mercenary, or guerrilla warfare and later bodyguard expert in feudal Japan. They were often employed in siege, espionage missions, and military deception. They often appear in the historical record during the Sengoku period, although antecedents may have existed as early as the 12th century.

Ninja is the on'yomi (Early Middle Chinese–influenced) the two kanji "忍者". In the native kun'yomi reading, it is pronounced shinobi, a shortened form of shinobi-no-mono (忍びの者). The word shinobi appears in the written record as far back as the late 8th century in poems in the Man'yōshū. The underlying connotation of shinobi (忍) means "to steal away; to hide" and—by extension—"to forbear", hence its association with stealth and invisibility. Mono (者) means "a person". The word ninja was uncommon, and a variety of regional colloquialisms evolved to describe what would later be dubbed ninja. The first known English use of the word ninja was in 1964. Kunoichi (くノ一) is, originally, an argot which means "woman";: p168 it supposedly comes from the characters くノ一 (respectively hiragana ku, katakana no and kanji ichi), which make up the form of kanji for "woman" (女).: p168 In fiction written in the modern era kunoichi means "female ninja".: p167
By the time of the Meiji Restoration in 1868, shinobi had become a topic of popular culture in Japan which featured in many legend and folklore, where they were associated with many supernatural abilitiles.

This is my 2nd ninja..i have smartlid 750ltr round pot one and now this one with the drawers. After a bit of trial and error i think they are the best things ive ever bought..i haven’t used my oven for weeks now so am saving on electricity. So pleased i bought them (even tho i don’t really need two!)

Wow! This makes life so much easier (hubby loves it so he cooks!) great capacity – getting used to all the different settings takes time but we’ll worth experimenting! Main oven is now redundant!

A brilliant machine, successfully cooked our first meal with ease. It was so easy to clean too.
One thing to note, the rear cable is positioned in the back centre base and length to the base of the plug is only 31.5”.
Would have loved a longer cable so we could have positioned it exactly where needed.

It is useful and great .but l received it 20th april ,the drawer 2 doesn’t close completely compare to drawer 1 and some times smoke got out from it

I was so tempted to purchase this before Christmas but decided I had spent enough therefore, I was delighted to see it not only back in stock but 4 payments. I did not hesitate and so far it appears promising. I’m in my 70’s, live by myself and am a big fan of batch cooking and freezing.
My decision to purchase this time was the cost of utilities with an estimated £700 a year increase. Tonight, I defrosted and reheated In the Maxi a curry, normal time reheating in my oven is roughly 30 minutes. Tonight in the maxi 7 minutes.
I usually fill my oven full of baking potatoes to bake and then freeze them and defrost to reheat as required which takes about 20 minutes. Lunchtime today 10minutes. I’ll be happy if I cut my electricity costs.

Haven’t been using the appliance for very longer however I can say it is very user friendly with the electronic dials. The compartments are great because it makes it so easy to wash them to keep them in good condition. The food I’ve cooked on it has been great – if anything it cooks a bit quicker than you might expect but like most appliances you start to work out your own settings to suit your own requirements. Air Frying is a great way to cook and this is probably one of the best, if not the best appliances on the market.
